In centre of town, easy to walk about. Parking on site. Room was hot, no AC, had to get a fan to help us.

We stayed at the Bracken while visiting Ireland for the Steelers football game. The hotel was located close enough to Dublin, yet it was quiet and away from the business of the city. Thomas, our server one night for dinner, went above and beyond to make our dinner special! The room was spacious and cozy, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was delicious.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Best was a little too soft should consider replacing. Convenient parking garage which hotel comps.

They have not turned the heat on yet. It was very cold in the room. They did bring us extra blankets

Was not very happy with the receptionist upon our arrival. She was not very friendly or helpful. Told us our room wasn’t ready and didn’t offer any assistance but to wait for 2 hours.

The hotel was ok, nice to have free parking! Our room was old and tired. Needs some refurbishing, walls are dirty, and the furniture is scuffed and really dated. The room was also hot and stuffy, even with the window open. The view was not good either, with basically a burned out building. So based on this trip most of the rooms booked through Expedia seem to have zero views!
