It was clean and friendly staff

It was not quiet after hours, kids running up and down the hallway, knocking on doors.

The young lady that took me to the airport was so sweet. She ‘a very dedicated and hard working.

Not the best.

The stAff was friendly but there were way too many issues with the elevator which kept my mom stuck on the 2nd floor a few times missing some commitment we had. The floor by the AC was soaking wet due to the AC and the bedroom phone was not working.

This property is beautiful and looks clean. However, it smells like mildew. The breakfast was cold and bland. There was no soap in the bathroom.

We had to ask for towels and it was after 3 pm, there was no coffee available except maybe for breakfast, could provide staff with better disinfectants to clean rooms and towels, the light switch in the bathroom in our room was sparking (need to look at NFPA codes) this could be a fire hazard and the light plate in the room was not flush with the ceiling. It looks nice but could still use some work.

The floor was really damp to the point it felt like it was wet and the noise kept me and my wife up all night.

Hotel itself was good with clean rooms and all the standard amenities. The staff was nice and the surrounding area appeared safe. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Breakfast had good selection (pancake machine, eggs, sausage links/patties, cereal, yogurt dispenser). It seemed like most of my meal was cold as maybe getting there right when things opened hadn’t given the sausage/eggs time to heat up in their serving containers? Coffee was on the low end of decent - but only if you used the individually packaged creamers and not the larger pumps they had (and one was empty already at 7am). We ended up stopping at the Starbucks down the street after we checked out.

The room smelled like dirty water. The hot tub was advertised but was out of order for months according to the host.

Very late check in all went well.

Although the room appeared clean, there was a musty smell when we entered and the room’s humidity was very high. The carpet felt damp the whole time and the bathroom tile floor remained damp. A stopper was missing in the bathroom sink. We dealt with these things as the area had been hit hard with heavy rains. We did point out to management that the room’s coffee maker had not been cleaned and was not usable. That was being dealt with. We felt the check in staff and another front desk employee were lacking hospitable qualities. No smiles, no “how can I help you?”, no thank you for your reservation, no explanation of amenities such as hours for breakfast or where fitness room was located or that there was a market for snacks and drinks. Nor was there any information in our room regarding amenities. I point these things out as helpful criticism so small improvements could have made a big difference.

Quiet to rest and clean

My stay was fantastic! The staff was welcoming, the room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and perfect for a restful night. The airport transfer service was smooth and convenient, making travel stress-free. The amenities were excellent, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. I’d happily return and recommend this place!
