Exelente staff. Terrible breakfast.

Rooms are clean but they don't have AC only Fans l. I booked 2 Rooms 1 was with a king bed and a twin bed when I showed up they no Rooms they were booked they just gave me a regular room with 2 queen beds that was the only upsetting thing about this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located near the cathedral. Just a few minutes walk to anywhere in the centro. The building could use some upgrades. The room had air conditioning which was nice. The TV was outdated, couldn’t watch Netflix or YouTube. Breakfast was nice in the mornings. They will make you eggs how you want them plus chilaquiles. Overall, we didn’t come to spend lots of time at the room. Staff was nice and helpful with questions.

Great hotel at a great price located at the center of downtown Zacatecas near a lot of restaurants and places to visit.

Disfrute la estancia en Argento. Con mi familia porque está en el Centro de la Ciudad. Disfrutamos caminar y deleitar nuestro paladar con diferentes restaurantes alrededor, acceso desde los balcones para mirar los Desfiles y otros eventos nocturnos. enfrente del hotel hay autobuses turísticos de dos pisos que te llevan a disfrutar de la ciudad, hay diferentes agencias con guías turísticas, tiendas artesanía y joyería en plata Zacatecas y estos son algunos lugares que están cercas del Hotel Argento. Este hotel tiene precios económicos y sus habitaciones son sencillas, que proveen cosas básicas como 2 botellas con agua, shampoo, jabón para manos y cuerpo y loción para el cuerpo y toallas y no todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado. El Hotel Argento tiene desayunos americanos Con chilaquiles sin extra cargo. Agradezco a todo el Personal tan amable Y apoyo que brindaron a mi familia e invitados.

The room had multiple issues, including a clogged bathroom sink, dead batteries in the TV remote control, and unsanitary bed sheets that were blood‑stained.

Muy amble el personal todos me quedé dos noches la primera ves muy bonito el hotel buena localización pero no avía control de la TV cuando le abría la regadera se tiraba agua hacia el toiler.la segunda vez me toco un cuarto muy bonito y todo estaba en buena condición.El desayuno muy delicioso.
