Poor customer service! No refillling of tea and sugar, was told 60p per sugar satchets! Hotel was fairly empty, when checked for late check out - was told €10 per hour.. This hotel is like Ryanair, Budget class. Should be stripped off it’s 4*. There was also no good reception when we arrived for check-in. No smiling face of the night receptionist and also had to wait almost 30 mins after cold rainy journey from airport. Hence, overall experience is Terrible!! This is based on the service received in the off-peak/quiet season. So - disappointing overall! FYI, we were there for 1 whole week!!

Staff helpful Rooms clean , a little dated but good value for price

The reception staff was great! The room was economical, nothing fancy. The pool was large and the area was attractive, but we didn’t use it due to cool weather. It was well-placed near the motorway and surrounding areas.

My room was supposed to be cleaned on the 4th day. A bag of towels was left on my door. I was told they would be there by 6 No cleaning occurred. The washing machine ruined 2 of my tops. Completely chewed them up to the point that they were not wearable any longer and had to be trashed. The shampoo combination hair wash was terrible quality. As a Hilton property did not feel the quality. The initial person I had at check in was very helpful and friendly. Other staff treated me as if they were being inconvenienced when asked a question.

The room was immaculate and a well equipped kitchen, the staff at the resort could not have been more helpful.

This was a last minute booking because we were tired of the wind in Tarifa. We received excellent service and really enjoyed the facilities and amenities. I wish we had booked more nights.

These apartments are fantastic. They’re clean, modern and spacious with top notch facilities. They seem to have thought of everything from a separate tap from which to get filtered drinking water to a couple of dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets for the in situ machines within the apartment. We were unfortunate enough to be there when the whole of Spain lost power but again this was covered, a torch with batteries was in the apartment. The only slight disappointment was its location which is between Fuengirola and Cala de Mijas and to walk to either place you have to go alongside the busy A7. This would not put me off booking again though as the apartments more than make up for the location

Our check in and check out was smooth. Quiet property right next to expressway and dining options. Lots of day trips around the area.

Lovely apartment with good facilities. Beach is close by but the other side of a dual carriageway. Restaurants and shop on site. Great indoor swimming pool, sauna and hot tub but costs Extra. Clean and comfortable apartments. Well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Not much to see nearby so a car is essential. Easy access to other resorts by car.

Warm greeting from Charlie on reception who was so welcoming, helpful, friendly and patient. Spacious appartment well equipped with many little details making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The grounds and facilities are great! The children loved mini golf and the pool especially. Would totally return and recommend:)
