Property was nice Shower was a little out dated. It was noisy at night

This is an older hotel that has been tastefully updated and in pretty nice condition. Friendly staff that aim to please........

Hotel is clean and nice, close to many restaurants around, we stayed for a night, it was good, breakfast $15 buffet was really good. Mattress was very good but not excellent, shampoo and conditioner were good too and I always bring my own, but it was good.

Property was great, especially the lady who was serving breakfast throughout my stay. She was engaging, very nice and friendly, and I mean she was a hard worker!!! The only complaint was that the shower needed fixing and the toilet did not fill with water. Overall a great stay and would return

There was a magic parking fee that popped up, $26 a night. Maintenance needed for the rooms. Minor broken things like lights not working for microwave area. Cupboard for where the fridge needs fixing. Stayed in room 416. Sounds travel through the front door easily... if you have neighbors getting up early, you will be hearing door slams all morning (out of the hotel/hotel staff's control) but be ready for that.

The bathroom was a real Sauna...no ventilation, there was mainly only hot water, and the bathtub faucet was dripping hot water. Electrical issues: the light at the foyer/entrance kept turning off by itself, like every 5 min it turned off. The bright blue light of the ac control panel screen kept on during all night long. Impossible to turn if off and its right next to the bed.

It's good for the price but it has a lot to improve, the room was not very clean, there was moisture on the carpet outside the bathroom, there was no hand soap and they did not clean our room in the 3 days we were there.

Nice hotel

One day stay before heading out for a cruise but pool was nice and clean and was was clean and comfy

Location for us was great but room definetly needs upgrade. Wood coming off frame of door safety latch inside coming off wall. Shower was discussing no drain for tub and no hot water in the morning

Parking and breakfast should be complimentary, but was very pleased with cleanliness, convenience, and amenities provided.

Very friendly staff

The front desk staff were over the top nice and went out of their way for us. The housekeeping staff SUCKED, took dirty towels but didn't leave clean ones, no shampoo, no replacement of coffee service items.

Roberta Torres was an excellent host for our dining options. She was very attentive to our needs and was very friendly. She is a valuable employee to have.

My wife and I have stayed at HG and HWS quite a few times and always was good
