Property was decent. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was laid out very well and satisfying.

Staff was helpful. Room had a bed that was not changed. Lights were hard to work. Staff accommodated our request for different room. That change was a game changer.

We were just there to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that "hot" breakfast only included make your own waffles and a random crock pot of potatoes. Ice machine was out of ice when we tried to fill our water bottles before leaving. If you're looking for a clean place to lay your head for a decent price, this is a good option.

Admin has No back up or even an apology from the inconvenience of having no water supply to the rooms.

The hotel was nice, but it looked like it was going through a renovation. The shower was ok and everything looked clean. It was acceptable for a one night stay.

Looks like they don’t fully clean rooms. Everything seemed half done.

Coffee was terrible, no complimentary coffee in the lobby area and was under renovations painting

Robert at check-in was friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed at this Microtel before, so I guess you could say we’re “regulars.” We are a “no frills” couple, so this fits the bill. Robert solved 2 problems for us. The bathroom light was very dim, so he switched out our room. It was an upgrade. Very nice. Except the TV didn’t work. He literally came to the room and worked on it himself! We appreciated his help and friendly demeanor. It ended up to be a nice stay. Thank you, Robert! You made our stay GREAT!!

The hotel stay was disappointing. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep, and the room temperature was impossible to regulate—either too hot or too cold. Additionally, the bathroom was not as clean as expected, which raised concerns about overall hygiene.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, even though they we're filled to capacity it was still very quiet and peaceful

It was ND graduation weeknd and we went to check in. We showed them our reservation information, and they claimed that Expedia did not provide them with the reservation. I have used Expedia for decades and never had this issue. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very dusty and the tub had some rust. I wanted to take a bath but didn’t feel clean enough so just took a shower. I’ve seen worse hotels but this one had some concerns. Probably won’t be back.
