The resort is gorgeous but can we appreciate all the stuff how they are so sweet so kind they arranged flowers on my table fact they did that from love no management no taking orders was all from love I have been in different islands different high class resorts but i can say this resort is number one and again its the stuff

The hotel was very pretty. I was disappointed in an all inclusive that needed reservations for certain restuarants that in 3 nights there were all booked. I was very disappointed in a bait and switch. I chose rooms based on picture at website and got an ocean view that was barely visible with the building in front of me. I brought to attention of hotel management and they declared it not their fault. Otherwise lovation, food and service were goid.

This was the most magnificent resort we’ve ever been. Their hospitality is world class. The food choices are amazing and delicious. This is a true all inclusive place, even the specialty restaurants. The experience began at check in. Their complimentary lemon, coconut refresher is addictive. You have breathtaking views everywhere you look. If you want to be treated like royalty, this resort is the place to be. I don’t recommend the Blue Marlin restaurant, the food was less desirable than the other restaurants which are all delicious. We are already planning to return, completely impressed

It was a great adult only property, very quiet yet nice activities organized, like water gym, wine tasting etc

If you are a fan of Mediterranean style design, this is the place for you

They most not inclusive, inclusive hotel. And service is subpar with most staff who can barely speak English

Doesn’t get any better

The property was beautiful and quiet and while the beach was small it was lovely playing in the waves. The service was very inconsistent though, sometimes it was amazing with very attentive staff and other times it was as if it was as if some staff had no idea what was going on or what should be happening. The activities listed in the app were often wrong or not happening and things we did attend it was like a comedy of errors with a whole staff in the room but only one or two people actually doing anything. I really had high hopes for the food as well but overall that was generally disappointing. Drinks were excellent though. The check in staff and beach staff were the best though. The Italian restaurant was the best and the food at the Dominican night was fantastic. Overall while it was a lovely stay, it was hard to know what type of experience you would get from one day to he next.
