Great room. Really nice breakfast. Perfect location to catch the train. Bathroom was a little small but nice.

This was our last time at this hotel for sure even though we got used to stay there regularly. Their cost cutting program is so visible now that it looks more like a budget hotel. The value for money is simply not there. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was cleaned only one time even after the tag was put on the door handle and additional request was made at the reception. They said they only clean regularly priority rooms. Not sure who gets those rooms - must be business customers. The problem is that nobody is picking up the garbage with food remains during hot temperature outside and no air conditioning inside. I complained at the reception as it started to smell badly and we got flyes in the room. It took 16 hours for them to pick the trash up after my complain. I even had to put it outside of the room which is insane. Next day - same story even when I asked to pick it up every day. The lady at the reception said they care about environment. :) I could not take it seriously. This is a 4 star expensive hotel. Bed mattress was very uncomfortable, super soft and does not provide proper support for the back. You sleep in a curved shape rather than having a flat mattress. Breakfast got much worse over the years. It seems like there are some choices but this is all cheap crap food and limited to bare minimum. We’ve got tired of it quickly after staying 5 nights. Warm food is super salty and all cereals are with sweeteners. No consideration for people who does not eat sugar.

This is quite expensive 4 star hotel but the service and facility does not meet the expectations. Room is cleaned only once a week unless you ask for it. It was not clear to me and we stayed with trash bin full of garbage of food remains for 3 days when it was very hot weather, but nobody checked the room. Cleaning policy is not communicated during check in. There is no air conditioning in the hotel and it was +28-30 degrees when we stayed. It was impossible to sleep. We tried to sleep with open window but outside traffic woke us up few times a night. There is no fridge, no kettle in the room. You can’t make tea or coffee, can’t store small snacks keeping them cold. Check in took 25 minutes even after online check in was done. Lady was on the phone and didn’t rush at all even when seeing line of people. Personel is not trained to check in guests explaining all the rules, etc. Gym can inly be attended by adults 18+. My teenage son was asked to leave treadmill even when supervised by adult parents. Room is not well maintained. They are hiding behind their policies and environmental BS but it is a pure cost saving. The only good thing about this hotel is breakfast and gym. But if you stay there 3 + 5 nights one after another, you will be tired of breakfast too because it is absolutely identical each day. This hotel is not worth the money they ask for.

Great rooms, note there is no AC ask for a fan and open the window for some fresh Swedish air!

Well located, with an easy walk into town. Really helpful staff from start to finish. Interesting old building with great history.

Probably the best pool and gym I have had in a hotel in the past couple years. This place is an old factory and massive, with cool conversation areas spread throughout. Wonderful breakfast and a close to town.

Excellent staff, ok room with the amenities needed. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choices.

Needed to cut our stay short due to family issues...we were not able to get a partial refund for the nights w did not stay.... which was disappointing.

The staff here was amazing check out was at 11 but the gentleman let me leave my bag so I could go to the castle. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with questions. It’s a 5 min walk to train station also. The rooms are very cute and comfortable…

Great pool and sauna facilities. The public spaces were nice and cozy atmosphere. The service was great and staff were very polite. The room really needs some refurbishment and some in room facilities. Bad smell in the bathroom.

Nice lobby, bar, restaurant and breakfast area. Very attentive staff. Free parking and chargers available for my electric vehicle. Nice, quiet room. Near the highway to Stockholm. Great for stopover or if you visit Nyköping.

Rude staff who lied and behaved under all critisism. But you are nor allwed to say that to expedia hotwls then tou grt punished. YES true. Avoid. Run.

Everything was very nice. All of the starr were friendly and welcoming.

Beautifully decorated, lovely dining and lounging spaces. The newly remodeled spa was very nice with ample daybeds, and neat features like saltroom and a fire room. Huge indoor pool. The room was sizeable for Swedish standards, quite plain, but very functional. Comfy beds and excellent water pressure in the shower. The included breakfast was superb, and the dinner was excellent- they had a gazpacho that was incredible. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Our only drawback was that the spa and restaurant were closed on Sunday.

Otroligt vackert hotell med stort potential. Receptionen var otroligt duktiga och bra med rekommendationer. Men kring städning så är det mycket spindelnät, allmänt dammigt och fortfarande mycket smuts på golvet vid incheckning. Personalen i restaurangen var trevliga, men allmänt stressade. Både middag och frukost hade behövt ses över i råvaror och rätter för att matcha den annars väldigt fina standarden som hotellet har och speglar.

Trista rum som ej luktade bra. Frukost var inte alls bra.

Personalen är jätte snäll.
