Quite good cheap hotel.

Great location, very friendly, professional and attentive staff. Id definitely recommend it.

Perfect location for Lublin parkrun which was a short walk away. Hotel is outside of main area but very easy and safe to walk into and cheaper!! Staff were lovely and looked after us all very well. Room was what we needed as did spend much time in it as was exploring

Friendly staff. We thought that the rooms could have been cleaner. Lots of stains on the bed mattress, mould in the shower and on the shower door. Bathroom furniture was very dirty and lots of stains on the carpet. Due to personal personal problems we had to book another 5 days and move rooms and the second room was the same.

The floors in the hallway and rooms had lots of stains , kind of gross

I had a guaranteed booking which did not require confirmation. I reached the hotel around 11pm only to find I had no room. Reception arranged for an apartment at the hotel for the night as all rooms where booked then moved into another room the next day. Ensure you confirm your booking if arriving late to the hotel.

Very nice staff, helpful, efficient and friendly. This is not a new hotel but the room I stayed in was in good condition, the carpet was very new. Not far from the old town (walkable) and lots of supermarkets, other shops and even a self-service laundry nearby.

Staff at reception were pleasant enough. Room is very basic, no frills. Basic cleaning done. A sign in the room says "if you want your cups cleaned, put them under the table"?? I did they stayed there. Coffee/tea and sugar are not replenished at all. At first I thought she'd forgotten but none of my group had anything replenished.

Located around 15mins walk from town. Rooms very basic but clean, however the mattresses noted as stained under the linen (no protectors). Cleaning staff very friendly, only staff gripe was that reception would not share room details of fellow travellers when requested. Good value for money when we consider what we paid.
