The hotel staff were really friendly and I have had an overall positive experience until the last day. Unfortunately I came down with really bad food poisoning the day after I had dinner at the hotel. I have spoken to other guests and quite a few people had the same issue. I have tried to talk to the hotel and enquire about compensation but I have not gotten an answer. On departure they even tried to charge me for late checkout when I was really ill and almost unable to fly back.

Beautiful sea view from large balcony in junior suite. Room was comfortable and spacious, in need of some upgrading. Friendly staff. Reception lobby/lounge area had been modernised but was lacking warmth and character. Pool area was in need of upgrading and lifts were horrendous and didn’t feel safe.

STAY AWAY!!! and safe yourself from this place!!! My husband got super sick, vomiting and diarrhea, we are unsure if it was the food or there’s definitely a virus going on in the hotel, also very bad experience with the AC not working for two nights in a row, the second day the ppl who clean the room left the balcony door wide open completely which it was caos and super hot when we got back to the room and not safe at all since we were and the first floor and all our stuff was inside of the room, also our room key 🔑 stop working a couple times and we needed to go back to the front desk to got it to be activated again. Very frustrating and definitely disappointed.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and allowed us to check-in an hour early. The room (316) was spacious, and had a decent sea view from the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, had a kettle, and a small selection of tea and coffee, and a 1.5 litre bottle of water supplied daily. The only real criticism would be the use of paper cups for tea/coffee/water, rather than cups and glasses. Would happily stay here again.

This hotel is a complete fraud. They didn’t have the room available for me. And still charged me. Refused to refund. Stay away!

This was the WORST hotel in Torremolinos. Reception staff great but BEWARE OF FOOD POISONING - it was rife in the hotel and the manager REFUSED to believe it. 10’s of cases from the restaurant - DO NOT EAT IN THE RESTAURANT.
