This is the second time I have stayed at this location and it's does not disappoint. The place is comfortable, and clean! Updated, and just all around good quality. Cleanliness is top notch and the staff are very friendly! It's located conveniently also!

Studio room would definitely have been a perk if we were staying longer than a day! Having a kitchenette in room, awesomely convenient! Overall the room was great, spacious, clean, comfortable. The showerhead was kind of corroded which maybe makes it look a little dinghy at first glance. And the carpet has that feel when carpets get old and over used, where... It just feels a little sticky. Staff was excellent, incredibly friendly service.

The property needs updating. The room was very humid even with the a/c running. The towels, our clothes, the sheets felt damp because of this issue. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the dampness issue made it hard to sleep since you felt tacky. The kitchen did supply some pots and pans but no plates, bowls or utensils. So if you plan to use the kitchen, plan on disposable I guess unless it was just an issue for our room. The chair in the room really needs to be cleaned because there was a definitely an odor from it that lingered in the air at times; again, could be from how humid it was in the room. The lobby and hallways were fine though. I tried to mention this to the front desk; however, the gentleman seemed to ignore me and the woman who tried to help I don't think understood me completely. I get it's Florida and have had humidity issues before, but this made for an uncomfortable stay.

You can see that this hotel is well maintained by staff. Staff member Elena was so friendly and kind. The rooms were very clean with plenty of space. This would be a great place to stay for an extended time with the full kitchen. Would recommend.

The manager was very rude and inconsiderate. We were dressed down in regular clothes and she judged us walking through the door like we were thugs or something. I will never stay at this location ever again.

Julian was very nice when me and my husband arrived, they explained everything to us the do's and the don't, we had to leave a credit card for any incidentals, which we had no problem with. We stayed for four days while visiting for Thanksgiving. Upon leaving we encountered a very angry man in the elevator requesting what room we were in, and we told him, we turned our keys in and required about my 50.00 deposit, and was told it would automatically be refunded to my account. While at golden coral eating breakfast, I checked my account and saw that they have charged my card 250.00, I went back to the hotel and inquired why was they charging this amount, and was told the manager said we smoked in the room, well I immediately ask the clerk to call Julian and she did, I explained to him what was going on and he said they would reverse the charges, my husband had encountered the angry man in the elevator the night before and we find out that he was the manager on site, and he got mad because my husband was still using the luggage cart, my husband was sitting in his car SMOKING, so he decided he would take his anger out on my credit card. Well I called them three times within a two week span trying to see why my money had not been refunded and I was given the run around. I had to go to my bank and request them to investigate the reversal, and thats the only way I was able to get my money back. If this had not happen we would have used them again on our next visit to Jacksonville.
