Very poor experience. I only stayed there one night and the reception staff were unfriendly and difficult to deal with. The internet didn't work and it took nearly 2 hours to get them to change me to a room in another area of the hotel where it was working, but then it stopped there again in the morning. Really terrible service - will never stay there again.

Clean but very basic hotel and not worth the money .

Great area to stay

We always enjoy our time at the hotel, the staff are lovely and the service is good. The rooms are spacious and the food options good at the buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinners. The gym requires some updating, but the spa and pool area is lovely. The rooms are comfortable, but please if anyone who can help is reading this, whatever the team clean the rooms with or odourise them with is absolutely horrendous. Please stop using the fragrance, it is so strong and awful, it would give you a migraine without opening the windows as wide as possible throughout your stay, it's honestly a massively off-putting trait to the hotel.

Room was okay, hotel is dated and it shows. The bed is rock hard and the maid service defintely was so and so.

The AC was down the 7 days we were there

I always have a fantastic stay,unfortunately this time we had no air conditioning,I didn’t sleep for the whole week,I know these things are out of peoples control,but it was dreadful in my room to try and sleep in 34 degrees of heat The hotel gave us complimentary breakfast and evening meal to try and make up for this problem ,and food was very nice,but A/C would have been preferable

Very clean hotel staff was friendly the food delish and so close to beach

Hotel is located in central area near restaurants and the beach. The room was clean and had nice views of the ocean. The swimming pools were good too. The breakfast and dinner buffet were great, offering various dishes everyday. For the majority of the staff, they were friendly and accommodating. However, during our check in, a young female wasn’t friendly at all. She didn’t greet us and answered our questions abruptly. She didn’t smile and stared at us as if we were inconveniencing her. I urge the management to give her more training in customer service to be welcoming and helpful to your guests.

Reception staff are not that helpful

What the hotel offers is a concentration of gays. Otherwise, the check-in guy, N., was aggressive, the bedding is awful, and everything is a bit run down. The guys make it fun, and the location is convenient.

Nice complete resort. Everyone seems to go out of their way to keep it clean and hospitable.
