Great experience..service was good.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and well appointed.

Clean room, comfortable bed and nice staff

The room is very basic.. The vent fan in the bathroom was filthy. The light between our beds did not work.

Elevator seems a bit sketchy, clean room, they could offer a continental breakfast.

Pool was great for my kids and staff were friendly and helpful!

The front desk agent was awful! Her name is Masey. I called down to ask if the water was safe to drink. She advised me “not really” I then went to the vending machine to buy a bottle. The vending machine was sold out of EVERYTHING. I went to the front desk to ask for a bottle of water. She advised me floor 3 and 4 both have vending machines

Loud in the hallway. The drainage pipe goes through the wall of my roomso every flush in the upstairs room is heard in my room.

Excellent room, great staff

The room coud have been cleaned better. Bedding was excellent. Very nice people that we yalked with.

Only had one towel in our room. The toilet had a leak so kept filling up the back tank about every 15 minutes. Asked for a view of the mountains. Along with the view of the mountains, I didn’t realize it came with a stunning view of the dumpster and used mattresses also!

The central air in the bed room was extremely loud and as soon as it turn off it was too warm in bedroom

Super comfy bed and very clean rooms. All the staff were extremely friendly and the food was great. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location and great price

Staff was great. Hotel was ok. The TV did not work the first night, although got fixed. We had people banging on our door and woke us up around 3 am Sat night and were very loud....they were having a party in the hall. We asked them to be quiet as we were trying to sleep but that did not happen until amost 5 am....we did mention things to the front desk but nobody wanted to do anything and I felt that we paid for the room and should have been able to sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone in the room above you, so likely will not stay again.
