Por dois dias seguidos eu pedi um lençol na recepção, não me enviaram. Noutro dia eu pedi manutenção no banheiro, disseram que mandariam alguém, não enviaram também.

The apartment hotel feel is great. They provided some crockery for cooking but not the full complement. Overall the stay was good. A few issues took away from the stay though. The internet was spotty and quite unreliable a lot of the time. The room key/card kept malfunctioning requiring nealry daily trips back to the reception to reset.

Perfect stay for a group of 4. We shared a common area and had two separate rooms and bathrooms which was a great plus! Only downside of our room was, the stove was inoperable and created a strong gas odor in our attempt to use it. Other than that, nice place to stay for our weekend in Brazil!

Old but nice remodeling done to the property.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Very friendly service. Rooms well kept. Nice fitness center. Great overall value. Would stay here again. Elevator was slow.

As a Canadian Married to a Brazillian i have unique ability judge hotel using both Cultures, what is Acceptable & what is not in minds of both Brazilian & Canadian people. I as most Canadians would give Adagio 3 Star rating while wife & most Brazilians will give a 4 Star based upon our Culture views. Also by me giving it a 3 star rating is NOT A BAD NOR NEGATIVE, It is actually Quite Positive. Have stayed in many hotels All over Brasil & Never have given 3 Star Rating to even a So Called 4 star hotel. Adagio is Very Comperable to Any 3 Star Holiday Inn in N.America. May i Add that a 3 Star & 4 Star Like a Westin are Completely Different. Adagio is in this case, here in Brasil a Very Nice Hotel and Deserving a 3.5 Star! Only Negatives for me as a Canadian is tight layout (but very normal to Brasil & S.America) properties here are Rectangular and tight NOT Square like we from N.America are accustomed. Also the wifi Did not work well after 5pm, due to Most Residents being Home using internet. Service was Excellent no matter where you come from, Especially EXCELLENT for Brasil! Front Desk took pride in speaking English to me and Portuguese to Wife, Doing All they Could to make week long stay pleasant. Neighborhood-Excellent & Security-Excellent, Breakfast-Excellent, Cleanliness-Excellent within Entire Apt to include Comfortable Beds & Spotless Bathrooms with Nice amenities. Nice balcony and view! Awesome Experience Especially for the Money, Absolutely Will Stay Again!

Very clean apart-hotel. Separate seating area. Everything clean and new. Good breakfast.

Unclean room. Aircon only in one of the bedrooms. Not enough seats for 3 to watch TV. No guests allowed in the premisses. Bathroom stunk the whole room. Total disaster!

It was a nice stay, in a very convenient place. The location was fine, not so far (by car) from Morumbi and Ibirapuera. It was certainly a great deal for the price we payed.

Uneventful. Nice 2 bedroom, 1 room very small. Good location. overall good deal for business trip.

Good hotel, hotel room is like an apartment set up. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Has a well equipped kitchen, very friendly staff. Room was cleaned every day. Less than a 10 min walk to the metro, lots of restaurants in the area as well as a super market. Found the area safe. Bedrooms themselves did not have a lot of room for luggage, etc, but there is a big closet in one room and enough room in the rest of the apartment to spread out luggage.

The hotel was very good. It has a good staff & their response is quick. The hotel is placed in a nice neighborhood & has all convenient things available nearby.

Great location, very well equiped and comfortable.

Can't fault the friendly (partly English speaking) staff and the apartments were very clean....brand new bed sheets etc. But the whole apartment just seemed a little tired, no Tv in the bedroom was a shame. Despite being a long stay apart hotel I didn't really want to spend an overly long time in the apartment. If you can get it for $100 or less if say that's priced about right.

The construction is old, there is only one tv in the living room (no tv on the bedroom). No air-conditioning on the living, just on the main bedroom.

It is an apart hotel that suits for families o for long business periods. The apartment has two small bedrooms, a living room, a chicken and a very small bathroom. Not lobby or meeting rooms to guest.

I stayed in a spacious 2-room suite for 3 nights. It is close to Berrini metro station and the metro can take you to most attractions in Sao Paulo. Just one stop away from Morumbi shopping center. The fenced facility has 24hrs security on duty. It also comes with a laundry room ("lavanderia"), but you need to buy tokens from the staff, and they are expensive (around 30 reais to use the washer and the drier ONCE)!

The Wi-Fi was horrible. If your going for a business trip, pray that the wi-fi works for your room. You could end up with super slow internet at many times.

Other than the terrible traffic noise all night long. Sorry, i will never book again at this hotel.
