Super bien todo un poco viejo el hotel pero lo han mantenido

Very family friendly. Try the pinchos by the pool on the weekends.

The staff was wonderful. We didn’t like the bathroom, the way it close. Lot of water ran through it.

My stay was fine but the hotel is old and hasn’t been maintained or updated.

Excellent still after all these years, great stuff, super clean and very well located.

The breakfast was not that good. Some staff trying to sell you membership was too stubborn on the sell, even after I said no thanks. They were suggesting not to purchase from orbitz nor expedia. El desayuno no estuvo tan bueno. Unos miembros del staff vendiendo membresías fueron demasiado insistentes y sugerían no comprar de expedia o de orbitz.

Good for a quick stay, but property is quite old and not well maintained.

Pleasant stay

The room was given to us 2 hours after the check in time and our children had to wait at the lobby for the room keys. I chose this hotel for the pool so my siblings could enjoy the place and we did lost half a day. When I asked for compensation, they offered a late check out until 1:30 pm which I usually get anyway for my membership status. Anyway, NOT HAPPY

A wonderful hotel property that is safe and and full of amenities (restaurant, pools, casino, etc.).

Property was as describes but the breakfast was terrible!! They promise you a buffet breakfast but we did not get anything! Just eggs and the service was terrible

Es bonito y seguro. Sin embargo la opción de comida es demasiado limitada y el desayuno está bien feo. También deberían separar el área pet friendly para no escuchar ladridos .

Aged hotel, cockroaches, mold odor but happy employees…

necesita renovar algunas áreas de los cuartos y tener el aire acondicionado listo para cuando uno llegue y no sentir tanto calor al llegar.
