We came for a graduation the young girl who works evening shift was very nice and helpful. She made our stay sooooo pleasant shout out to her!!!!!

The location is great. The property is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

staying 3 days for Miss Teen MS pageant and elected the 1 bedroom suite - very clean - separate living area etc

That was the smallest Queen bed I have ever seen. I booked Queen but I'm pretty sure that was a full size. Very uncomfortable.

We had a good overnight stay. The only complaint is that the description said pet friendly, but didn’t disclose that they charge a non-refundable $75 pet deposit. It would have been better to know that before booking.

Good stay at this property. I chose it because rooms have a kitchenette to make simple meals. Lighting in the room is not the best, would be great to have a lamp on both sides of the bed. There is a lady-bug issue in the room, I was told it's that time of year in Mississippi. They really were not too bothersome. The room I was assigned was at the end of the hall and unfortunately the two college teams staying there used the stairwell all night long to go up or down to other rooms, the door the stairwell slamming hard each time. That was not great for a good nights sleep. Room was hard to control the heat/cooling, didn't seem to work great.

The only noticeable thing was that both the public restrooms were closed due to plumbing issues.

The room was not clean. The facility had dog poop in the foyer outside the elevator. Not well monitored. Will not use this facility again.

I was told at check in they were working on the water but it would be back on in a little bit. It never came back on, I could not flush the toilet, have a drink of water, brush my teeth or take a shower before I checked out.

Visible clutter in reception area. I opted for a handicap accessible room. Bedside with lamp only 1" from heater/ac unit. The other side had no lamp with large chair taking up space. I'm 5'6" and I could barely reach the hand held shower head. The bench secured to the bathtub would have resulted in a face full of shower water. Room was clean but I will never stay here again.

Requested first floor handicap room - got 3rd floor handicap 7 doors down from elevator (quite a walk for me). The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. No ice on any floor- you have to go to front desk and ask they give a trash can liner full of ice!! The fire alarm went off and the blinking lights lasted over an hour (there was no fire). No breakfast just terrible machine coffee.

My stay was amazing!! I actually arrived a day earlier than my reservation and the hotel was extremely accommodating. the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My room was excellent and very clean. I felt safe. the entry way to the hotel when leaving is bothersome, you cant see oncoming traffic when trying to leave the hotel. Very well located near all the food places

Conveniently located in Vicksburg. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

My family was not able to check in. I was only notified once arriving. I was not offered any costumer service, refund, or help of any kind.

The building has shifted. In my room the bathroom & closet door wouldn't close, and you had to close the room door entrance. There were cracks in the ceiling also.
