Staff were really helpful. We had two free breakfast and it was delicious. The hotel was under construction so it was a bit messy on the construction site. Still a great value for the stay.

The hotel was under construction, but other than that it was wonderful! Friendly staff, clean room (and newly renovated) and breakfast was included, which was very good! No complaints.

Priced affordability with everything a traveller needs

Hotel is under renovations. Getting to the restaurant involved multiple hallways and stairs or walking around the construction outside the building. I booked two months ago and nothing on their website stated they were undergoing renovations. I also did not get the room I had booked....told it it was not ready even though we came to check in at 7 pm. Was informed by staff that they had informed Expedia about the renovations and suggested we discuss the issue with Expedia. The hotel staff offering us a breakfast voucher, when we were checking out, made no sense.

Clean room with modern amenities. The hotel is undergoing construction and renovation otherwise a nice place to stay. Airport Shuttle is a bonus.

Generally, quite good but undergoing renovations so until done, it has some rough spots. The restaurant is very good and well beyond what I would have expected at an airport hotel. I only had breakfasts (which again, were beyond what one expects in such a location) but will return in the future for dinner.

Overall, the hotel was clean and the room was spacious with good lighting, which made the stay comfortable. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. However, the air conditioning was very poor and did not work throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower, which may look nice, but it can be inconvenient, especially for women who do not want to wash their hair every time they shower. A handheld shower option would have been much more practical. Another concern was the elevator. It felt somewhat shaky while operating, which made my children uncomfortable, especially when traveling to the 4th floor. While the hotel has several positive features, improvements to the air conditioning would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I love to be in this hotel, everyone it was very nice, the service at the room it was very good.

My stay was overall okay. The hotel is definitely more dated compared to many newer properties, but it appears renovations are currently underway, which helps explain some of the wear and tear. Despite the construction, my stay was comfortable and I didn’t experience any major issues. The room and facilities were adequate, though nothing particularly stood out. Service was fine, and everything worked as expected. My main concern was the price, as I felt the hotel was a little expensive for what it offered in its current condition. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would have expected a bit more value for the cost.

Comfortable stay!

They haven't even finished building it yet, but we were still very happy with it. The room had a funky smell, but we got use to it real fast and the bed was pretty hard, but I still thought it was comfortable. We weren't upset at all though because they go over board to make you happy with all the transitions going on right now. The breakfast was very good and their upstairs jacuzzi was wonderful. Again, the help goes above and beyond to make you happy. Airport just down the street to bring back our rental car.
