Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer. Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Made for an amazing relaxing visit. Thank you... Gracious! Definitely 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely loved it here! So soothing, rooms were spacious and the property is surrounded by the valleys and greenery. Staff were amazing and friendly everyday. Would recommend it here to anyone

Great getaway in Urubamba, Peru. Great place if you want to explore Moray, Maras, Chinchero ruins or plan a trip to Ollantaytambo. Be advised that it's about 2 hours from Cusco. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well.

Nothing around the hotel

Beautiful property. Truly heaven on earth. Stunning views. Amazing spa services. Friendly staff. Delicious food.

Beautiful and serene place to rest and retreat in Sacred Valley . Services are great . Very authentic colonial Spanish architectural designs and preservation of the old church , have their own museum with collections of old artifacts. They arrange private car transport to pick me up from Ollantaytambo town and to drive me back to Cusco .

Gorgeous, expansive space with things to do and close proximity to activities in the Sacred Valley

We loved staying here at the end our journey through the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. It was a wonderful way to recover and rest after a strenuous trip. The food, staff, rooms and overall property are excellent. The one issue we had was with transportation to the hotel. It was complicated to find transportation to take all of us and our luggage. But once we were there we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was an amazing experience

This hotel was an amazing property, absolutely huge, massive rooms and fantastic set up and location. However lots of little things are off. Overall this was a lovely hotel, a bit dilapidated and in need of works through, you can sadly see that the political situation and Covid have had a great hit on this property. There are general signs of wear and tear and neglect through the property. From the lights in the grand entrance hall being absolutely full of dead bugs, to guttering sagging and patch works of bad paint jobs all over the place.

Excellent family oriented resort with many amenities and a very professional, courteous, and excellent staff.

Excellent hotel for relax after 4 days inca trail. All facilities, staff and services are great, as well as the breakfast and restaurant and bar menu options.

I would change mattresses, plus do something about the bugs.
