Mala internet. Habitación muy pequeña e incómoda.

Extremely basic hotel that looks like a re-purposed old apartment building. Clean, but small.

The Sarum was a pretty good experience. Rooms are a bit sparse, but the staff is really helpful, and location is great, with local shops, restaurants, and banks all in walking distance, and the Subte right around the corner. Downtown is a bit far, but you're also outside the touristy areas, so fewer annoying distractions and crowds.

This is an okay hotel with very mediocre wifi. It has good location near the subway and busses, along with plenty of amazing food options

A great hotel for American citizens. Staff spoke some English, very helpful with taxi services, recommendations and tech support for IPad connectivity. Hotel had a weak signal for WIFI at times. The hotel restaurant was excellent,had Great music and decor. The breakfast was excellent and the late night coffee on the restrarant's balcony was so perfect. Recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was too small and I could hardly move around. It was also very noisy but the staff were nice and helpful. I was expecting the hotel to be located in Belgrano but it was actually in the border of that neighborhood.

My room smelled of sewer gas and there were no other rooms available to change me to, they said. The next morning I checked out. Other problems with the hotel included: 1. Unhelpful staff who could not even be bothered to acknowledge that you were standing there at the front desk. 2. Very loud surroundings, with noise from above floors, and the noise of other doors being opened and closed all day and night. 3. Breakfast that was unappetizing. 4. Location quite far outside the city center. 25-30 minute taxi ride to the downtown.

Great team/staff. But maybe there are better value for money options around.

Fiquei apenas uma noite. Hotel agradável mas simples. O quarto não estava muito limpo. O lugar é bom.

Es muy recomendable para estadías cortas. Esta muy bien ubicado y la atención es muy buena.

El hotel se ve muy dejado, la ventana no cerraba, tiene cortina de baño no mampara. Las cortinas rotas y las toallas viejas. No hay enchufes en las mesas de luz

La limpieza muy bien. Las instalaciones un poco anticuadas. Baño pequeño (sobre todo la ducha). Mucho ruido por la mañana temprano. Bien para pasar una noche en solitario por cuestiones de negocios.

Pésimo. Me cobraron cosas que no correspondían

Es un lugar a donde no voy a volver nunca mas. LLegamos y ya el precio paso a ser $2000 mas caro. El lugar contaba con cochera...pero habia que pagar $1000 mas. NO INCLUIA DESAYUNO!!! Las habitaciones demadiado chicas, el baño super incomodo, se mojaba todo el piso cuando te bañabas. Las paredes eran super finas, se escuchaba todo. No tenían enchufe de dos patas en todo el hotel, y me mandaron a comprar uno a la ferreteria de la esquina. Las camas con las sabanas manchadas y super duras las almohadas y colchones. Muy incomodo Un desastre, en todo sentido. Jamas volveria a ese hotel.

lo unico que no estuvo bueno que teniendo estacionamiento no se pudo estacionar alli y tuvimos que llevarlo a otro lado , y cuando reserve por la pagina de hoteles.com me decia el precio en pesos y vino en dolares pero lo demas todo bien

La oferta por internet era en pesos y me debitaron en la tarjeta en dolares. .......y también falta de mantenimiento, grifería floja, picaporte suelto, secador de pelo en corto que no funcionaba y ante el reclamo no hubo solución.
