Cave like room

What a wonderful 10 day stay in Santorini. The view from our room was outstanding! The staff were gracious, friendly, and always so helpful. We will be back!

We highly recommend! The service and people were so fabulous, we cancelled going to another island to spend remaining part of our trip right here in Santorini.

The apartment was amazing. Location was stunning. We visited the main tourist spots while in Santorini and the apartment location was by far our favourite place - stunning views, room service with delicious food and cocktails. We hope to be back, worth the money.

Great location for the views, but the rooms were small. Be careful on the stairs, particularly when wet. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs were cold so we chose the yogurt and fruit option.

My room had a balcony with the most amazing views of Santorini. And the location of the hotel was good, as it was away from the crowds, yet near enough to Fira. The breakfasts were good as well.

VERY much enjoyed our stay at Cliff Side Suites. Staff was excellent, friendly and super helpful (I.e. getting to airport). Cleaning staff was pleasant and did a great job w/the rooms. Pool staff was friendly and super helpful with drinks, towel and breakfast. There are so many hotel options in Santorini island and we would return to this hotel. Not perfect but hey that is typical of buildings in Greece :).

We booked for a superior double room but the room and service we got was not up to expectation. We checked in early and we expected that the room was not ready and willing to come back later. The lady at the reception asked us to waited for one hour and check again, we came back and was told the room was ready but the room was a mess. The lady wolfed the house-keeping lady in front of us which is not appropriate and comfortable experience for guests coming for vacation. They asked us to wait for another 20 mins at the hotel. The room was smaller than we expected and the facilities listed on hotels.com was not accurate at all. The tv in the room was something like a monitor screen (totally not 36 inch flat screen) and they don’t provide slippers as well. WiFi connection was not good. We just traveled from Oia and paid a room with similar price but the service we got was genuine and friendly there. The whole stay was a disappointment at Cliffside Hitel except for the nice view of the cliff. I won’t come back again and would not recommend to any of my friends.

Clean spacious rooms with spectacular views. I came to this resort with a broken foot, and the staff were very understanding and accommodating. Lots of steps in this property, like everywhere with a Caldera view in Santorini, so if you have bone or joint problems, just be aware of that. We had wonderful views of the sunset right from our spacious porch and it was just wonderful to relax while taking in the amazing views. The breakfast buffet was wonderful but needs more meat options for folks who don’t eat pork (Muslims and Jews). Lots of good dinning options in the region. Beautiful suite. Staff were all so friendly and amazing. Thank u to Dimitri and everyone at Cliff Side Suites for making our first stay at Santorini amazing. We will be back with the whole family 😊

Well located with amazing view of the caldera. The check-in man was rude but other stuffs were nice. Good room but bathroom very small and smelly. Overall, we had good time.

Staff are very helpful, but this property is not for older people as there are many steps to get to reception . Breakfast is also about 70 steps away but the staff were very helpful to bring breakfast to our older member of group/

Beautiful, clean and great service

The property has an excellent view of the caldera. Most hotels that do are built along the cliff so have several flight of stairs you have to climb while navigating through the property. The hotel’s great staff carries your luggage up and down the stairs. It’s quite impressive. The hotel had complimentary breakfast - food was decent but little variation in options from day to day. When we arrived we were given a room that I referred to as a “hobbit hole”. It was tiny (doorway was even small for an average person), no windows other than the one on the door, and two twin beds. It was not what I believed we had booked (note- the room wasn’t bad, just wasn’t what I believe we paid for). When mentioned to the hotel team, they noted the room did fall within the category of a “Superior Double Room”. There was nothing superior about the room and I expected a double bed versus two twin beds. Regardless, the hotel upgraded our room the next night (other rooms weren’t available the first night) to resolve the issue. The hotel has limited amenities and the pool was an average smaller pool, nothing spectacular. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Fira making it very convenient for visiting Fira or using the bus system. Overall, they have a great team and I recommend the property.

The property was beautiful and Sia and Dimitri and their staff were so helpful. the location was he best and our suite was amazing. My only suggestion is that they make coffee available for the guests a bit earlier.

Amazing sunset. Not in the middle of Fira which is good because its more calm.

Cliff Side suites did not disappoint! We were there for two nights and we had an amazing stay. We were placed in a room with two separate beds. When I rang reception, they quickly arranged a room for us. Amazing service! The pool is accessible for all guests but we had a jacuzzi outside our room which was just amazing in the day time (got a bit chilly by the evening)! Location was brilliant with Fira only a 15 minute walk (there are lots of steps but this is to be expected everywhere in Santorini!). The staff were more than happy to help in planning our hike to Oia and organise our taxi to the airport in the early hours of the morning. Great stay! Can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality :)

just WOW! From the moment we arrived at Cliff Side we were completely looked after. The hotel manager couldn’t do enough to help us and really made a fantastic first impression, our room was beautiful and our balcony views were stunning, every single person working at Cliff Sides was a credit to the place, nothing was ever too much trouble and we really had one of the best stays here, highly recommend and we will definitely be returning! - Thank you Cliff Side you were incredible!!
