Great room beat costumer service staff at the reception go beyond to help and make you feel great! Extremely kind staff

The room, though on the small side, was themed and really nice. Clean, noise-less, are good points. Reception staff very helpful. I assumed I'd get body lotion as in all *4 but not in this one. We did not try the breakfast as we had committments with other people but overall the stay was +*4. Not excellent as body lotion is a given in a 4 starts.....soryy, that needs improving.

Lovely comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast and courteous staff. Adjoining bar did great food and wine. 15 min walk or short bus ride to the centre of San Sebastián. Will stay here again when we re-visit.

Good location. 20 min walk to just about everything. 10 min walk to train. Helpful staff, very clean, quiet and comfortable

Lovely hotel just a short bus ride away from the town. We had a small balcony which caught the afternoon sun - and a free bottle of wine. Fantastic

Awful Hotel, terrible staff and management without care or consideration for customers, wrongly booked dates and tried within 2 mins to change date but hotel refused and charged me the full amount and i lost my booking, a money desperate hotel with terrible customer service AVOID booking this Hotel

Not centrally located bust close enough to walk anywhere within the town.

Everything excellent. They provided a wide variety of gluten free products for breakfast, as requested.

Very good hotel but not in the center of San Sebastián

We stayed for four nights. It was updated, trendy, roooms were spacious. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Always friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to San Sebastián and should we get a chance to come back that’s where we would stay.

It was heaven sent. Long multi-city vacation, and Zinema7 was by far the best place we stayed at. All the amenities were amazing. Simple things like a warm bathroom floor just added to the comfort of the room. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I will recommend to friends and if ever in San Sebastián again it will be the place i stay.

Great location. Helpful and delightful staff and great service. The only downside - first hotel we have stayed in where they do not provide the standard vanity kit.

Efficient reception, comfortable rooms, good breakfast buffet, interesting decor. Location walkable to old town in c20 mins made even more convenient by excellent bus service from right outside the hotel to centre of the old town. Only negative was cafe bar could use more space in the evenings. Bar manager at beginning of week refused to allow use of restaurant tables to supplement this, though manager later in week had no such problem: 8/10 more tables = more income!
