Would stay again!

Having only restaurant available for breakfast and lunch was a bit of a bummer. So, when we left the property to go eat lunch we ended up spending our gambling money at the other location.

Outstanding stay. Will be back.

Horrible - the property is poorly maintained, and the hot tub is broken, which was not disclosed at booking or check-in

Took 1hour 35 minutes to get a room as the Front Desk stated they were understaffed in housekeeping! Looks as though ownership hasn’t invested in the property as it looks very tired.

While the room we stayed in and Casino are in good condition, the elevators remain a problem. They can't seem to keep both elevators operational for the tower. This is a problem as they have 10 floors. We spent a lot of time waiting on elevators. I would recommend staying on the second or third floor so the stairs could be an option.

Towels all has something powder sticks on skin.

My shower did not work (the handle would not pull out for the water). I raised this concern with the local staff when I checked out but they indicated that because I went through a 3rd party (ie Expedia) that they couldn't give me any type of credit it at the time. They advised me to raise this concern with Expedia for them to reach out to the hotel to request this. Can you advise how this would work?

Great Stay

Our room’s air conditioner was really noisy- the sink pipe was leaking onto the floor

Room nice and comfortable. Good value during week. Expensive on weekends. TVs are old technology and could be upgraded. Food was good. Excellent waitress Sam. Lighting very bright.

The staff was nice and the room was ok. The only restaurant they had open was not good. I ordered fettuccine with marinara and it tasted great, until i found a long black hair. Waitress replaced it. I thought they should have reimbursed me, but they didn't. Next morning I ordered french toast which came very burnt. I had to wait for a new plate. Needless to say, I wouldn't eat there again.

Great stay & price for the room. On our way home from Arizona & a great stopping point for us.

Great room, very clean. Comfortable bed with various pillows. Table with two chairs and another chair. Good lighting. Casino well lighted. They opened the restaurant early because we had an early tee time. Rey appreciated.

Clean room. Friendly service. Good environment.

The hotel is across the street from where you check in which is pretty inconvenient. It looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1970’s. Seems like that’s average for the are though.

when to the swiming pool nice pool but the middle hand rail at the north end is loose parts are laying on bottom of pool DAMN NEAR KILLED MY SELF GETTING INTO THE POOL USING THE MIDDL HAND RAIL I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS BROKE I REPORTED IT BUT

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.
