reception ok but staff at breakfast unable to keep up with demand and limited ie clearing tables and replenishing food . We asked for room cleaning once on a 6 night but didn’t have clean sheets or towels hotel needs a general up lift ie stains on sink and bathrooms. spa and pool good v & good saunas onsite Italian restaurant very pleasant great Location to explore the town

I like the view and location of the hotel, and the fact that old town was only a few minutes away, everything was conveniently close. The overall experience was great.

A few comments. The breakfast was modest, there were very few vegetables, you can't make a salad from this. With a full hotel reservation, they couldn't serve us in the lobby bar, although there were a lot of free tables, they sent us to the buffet to drink coffee and wine. Most likely there is not enough staff in the restaurant, buffet and bar.

Hope they will read this, same as potential future clients. The hotel is nice overall, good location, lovely Italian restaurant at the found floor, great spa (thank you, Mrs Krista) and great pool. But dear Park Inn team, the 7th floor belongs to your hotel too. There was no carpet on the floor although funny thing is on the wall we had a painting with the history of our hotel room carpet. That’s not necessarily an issue, but the floor looked as if Wolverine was kept prisoner there. I regret not taking a picture. There were no amenities whatsoever, again, not an issue. But for the shower, instead of the Hair & Body cream (proudly made by Dove for Park Inn), we had Hand cream, same as for the sink. They have green cleaning policy, but even if we let the mark on the door at 9:00 am, nobody came to our room for cleaning by 10 pm when we returned. So we had to go to the reception for clean towels. Ah, I forgot. Because they didn’t reply to the phone, so we had to go downstairs. The bed was kinda soft, but ok. The towels were clean, but we had a hole in one. Also the mattress cover was dirty. Not sure what else could have been more wrong in one room. We arrived in a very good spirit, but the experience at your hotel was quite negative. We wouldn’t visit you again in the future. Hope this feedback helps you work on your minuses and don’t disappoint more customers

Lovely, spacious room and excellent breakfast.

The reception staff were very helpful and their English was first class. The SPA facilities are superb, everything you could wish for.

Great hotel , convenient location to the castle , old town and the harbour! The only thing for me was the breakfast menu was okay , I don’t think it’s worth the price but everything else was amazing

This is a very good property, convenient to the train station and and walking distance to everything I wanted to see, The spa is very good. Although most staff were pleasant, accommodating and polite there were a couple that spoke to me very rudely, particularly one in the spa. It is disturbing to be spoken to in such a manner when I am old enough to be their grandfather.

The team mugs are dirty not cleaned. Be careful of the hygiene. I booked a double bed but given two small beds instead. Staff are friendly and helpful in general.

Clean, helpful and accommodating staff

Wonderful hotel with incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms, some with huge windows that go to the floor. TVs have been upgraded from the pictures and rooms have all the amenities you need - robes, fridges, hair dryers. Close to the city centre, although a bit of an uphill walk in if you are going back and forth a lot (but Bolts are very cheap if you need them). Very close to the cathedral which is the most beautiful building in the city. Breakfast is excellent - I was even allowed to go early one morning because I had to leave for a trip. The spa is fantastic - has two big pools, two jacuzzis and three different types of saunas that you can use for free every day.

Nice to use the Spa and relax during a Business Trip

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel, lovely restaurant, great patisserie and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Also the spa was an enjoyable bonus. If I visit Tallin again I will be sure to stay here.

Ideally located hotel, a short walk to the main city sights if you want to see them. Hotel staff are very helpful, made the stay that much pleasurable. You get free use of the Spa too.

A good location just outside the Old Town with good transport links to airport. The spa was a real bonus as was a choice of three on-site dining options.
