very great location for our one night stay!! i booked this hotel in advance as i was attending a concert on the night and before arrival on friday, one of the staff members messaged to confirm when i would be arriving and was very polite and respectful upon arrival. we didnt spend too much time in the hotel and whilst others on here have complained about room size and facilities, it was perfect for our short stay. bed was comfortable, room was clean and tv had many channels to keep us entertained before bed :) location was also really nice, not too far from transport links (bus and tube) as well as westfield being right around the corner and many food places around. staff were friendly and were willing to let us leave our luggage in the reception if we needed to after checking out the next morning (we ended up not needing to but thank you anyway :D) ultimately, whilst the general facilities weren't extraordinary, it was a lovely place to kip for the night and the location really was excellent, as well as staff. thank you!!

Nice rooms, good size for a family of 4. Very friendly staff, although they left 2 phone numbers on the door and neither was accessible when we needed to get our pram from the locked office. Beds were comfortable, pillows could've been better (I'd recommend bringing your own). Room was clean and the fridge, kettle & TV worked perfectly. Some things are in need of updating, a fresh lick of paint etc. and the roof may need looking at as there were signs of a possible leak. Location is fantastic, we parked in W12 so just a short walk away. You've got plenty of shops & cafes on the road opposite, the Westfield is only 10 mins walk up the road with both underground & overground there too. Honestly, I read the reviews on here whilst we were travelling and was terrified of what we'd be staying in, but the hotel is absolutely fine for a budget trip. We had a great stay and would stay here again

I know this hotel has had mixed reviews. However l had a nice room so it was perfect for me as a solo traveller. Location was good and the staff member was very nice and helpful.

We stayed for one night — the room was small but had the basics: a fan, TV, and mini fridge (though it wasn’t cold). The shower had lovely hot water, but the head could use replacing. The bed was comfy and we managed to get a good rest before and after our event. Unfortunately, I woke up covered in bed bug bites on my legs and chest, which was really disappointing and needs urgent attention. The location was great though — close to the station and plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall, decent value for money, but the cleanliness and bed bug problem must be addressed.
