very hot rooms. Throughout our stay the outside noise was unbelievable. For two of the nights there was live music in the square until the early hours. Constant noise throughout the night and very early in the morning. No sleep over 3 nights.

The staff from the hotel was friendly and helpful all the time. The description of the hotel is a little deceiving on regards to the parking, it made me believe parking was on site but it is not. It is near to the hotel but not on the hotel. An the hotel amenities made me believe it had laundry on site but instead this is a service you can add if needed so the hotel can do the laundry for you. Other than that, this hotel is a great option. It is on the middle of a beautiful German village with a lot of history and beautiful buildings. I have no regrets staying in this place.

Front office staff were helpful. We had an early morning flight on 1st Jan, but the hotel arranged transport seamlessly. Room is comfortable & the adjoining restaurant (Taki taki) is good. This hotel is also quite close to the Memmingen airport

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was lacking was very simple not worth the cost. No drink facility out of hours of the bar.

The front desk service was excellent. the room was noisy. The towels were to smell. There was no shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was good and the workers there very kind

Une seul personne a la réception, donc nous sommes 4 a faire la queue. Il arrive un cycliste, range son engin et va directement à la réception sans faire la queue. La réceptionniste accepte malgré notre protestation. Expérience très désagréable et incompréhensible. Il faut préciser que pour le reste la réceptionniste était très bien.
