The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful with information about sightseeing in the city. Breakfast was excellent, and the woman who operated the kitchen and dining room was very nice and efficient.

Excellent day staff. Jack was friendly snd very helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. The potato salad was best ever.

The chap on the front desk was very helpful to not only myself but a number of guests. I cannot speak more highly of the energy and commitment he showed to ensuring guests were happy. This is a very good value for money 3 star hotel that i would not hesitate to recommend to people. It is safe for the single traveller. It is on the edge of the old town and so was very easy to walk to areas in the old city . There is a tram staion a short walk away.

A very good hotel in central Gdansk. It's clean, comfortable, with friendly staff, a very good breakfast and essentially all that I would look for in a hotel. It's located just a short walk from the river and the main attractions of the city. The price represented excellent value for money and I wouldn't have any hesitation in staying there again.

Hotel in a good location, close to everything and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Room good size, decent size bed but had to request extra pillows which wasn't a problem. Good size bathroom, great shower but very poor hairdryer. Staff friendly and welcoming. Only real negative was no lift and we were on the third floor. Breakfast wasn't to our liking but that's personal taste

Only 1 fault very minor could do with litter bin in room other than that excellent

Comfortable hotel, in good position for the main Town. Excellent breakfast. Rather noisy at night but Gdansk was particularly busy due to the St. Dominic's fair. Would not have chosen to visit this lovely town had we known this was taking place. Although there was a wonderful atmosphere.

Comfortable and adorable room in the centre of the old city with easy access to cheap public transport.

The hotel is very clean but the beds are very hard. It was a nice suprise when i went for breakfast because of the large selection . I would stay again but only for a couple of nights

This hotel is really close to the old town and the Amber Sky wheel. It's a really basic hotel with no frills but it is immaculately clean. We arrived after 10pm and the man on reception was lovely & really helpful. He told us how to get to the Old Town and was very friendly. The only downside to this hotel is the fact that there is no lift!!!

Lovely little place to stay in an extremely good location. The breakfast was good too, as was the service. If you're getting the bus from the airport, you'll need to get the 210 and you're going to have about a 17 minute walk which isn't too bad.

Excellent staff throughout. Room very clean. Food excellent and very well presented. Hotel situation in a central position within walking distance to the main Train/Tram stations in Gdansk. Would definitely return to Gdansk and this particular hotel. Thank you so much to all who made this visit a wonderful experience and Happy Christmas. Rita Rogan
