Poor service, staff didn't love service at all

Don't expect too much with this hotel, you pay what you get. The environment around the hotel is smelly and dirty, starting at 10 pm until morning the sound of music is endless, the rooms are cramped, the mattresses like not not cleaned. The waiter could not be asked and like did not want to be asked. I booked for 4 days only lasted 1 day immediately moved hotel.

Nice room, clean, inviting but the sound is a bit noisy because of the street and the pub bar area.

With this price, and location in the city center is very cheap. The facilities are really good for this price, and everything works fine. But indeed the room is very small, yes but why are you also wide, don't you go to the hotel just to sleep and just shower. For Muslims it is better not to stay in this area, for hotels according to prices only the environment is not supportive, smelly alleyways, and certainly in a very noisy area with nightlife. It's hard to find halal food, destroying my hopes about Bangkok. Better to stay at Pratunam.

Actual hotel names are not like the web, we have to go around the whole area to find. The receptionist is not friendly. I stayed for 3 nights but did not have a room to clean and especially the bonus of cockroaches flying in the room. The first and last time I came.

It starts with the room. The photos online are attractive but the actual room is too small. At first the guy at reception gave us another room and said you booked this one and then I asked him to change and he said " You booked cheap room and complaining?" . Then I said to him," I booked another and got discount and I booked the room with pictures and I want that room only. he then somehow gave that room".Second part, No housekeeping unless you pay money and they take key fro us and also say that if any loss ,"hotel staff is not responsible". In conclusion I did not like the hotel as it was not pleasant and as compare to 3 Stars, It should be 1 Star. Not cleaned as the spider nets were hanging on the ceiling. No bed sheet change and no water included.
