Hidden in location but who cares

Great place.

Nice staff. Clean room. Decent pool. No big complaints.

Shower was subpar but everything else was good.

Everything was amazing!!!! The only draw back was that the room seemed like it used to be a smoking room, so it had a weird odor....The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. When we checked it, the gal walked us to our room. Sooo sweet!!!

EZ access, adequate parking, lovely receptionist and staff. Great food all around

Overall a really nice hotel. Kitchen in the room, pillow top beds, soft pillows, ceiling fan. Breakfast was good, surprised by all the toppings for waffles/oatmeal. The pull out couch in our room had hair on it and no bedding, but the front office quickly got us some. The shower has shampoo and body wash but no conditioner

Nice and quite (but the backside of the hotel faces a street where there are some night time street drag racing) Not the hotels fault at all. The hotel is Clean, new looking and smells nice. Breakfast was good and filling check in and out was a breeze.

Pros: I really liked the hotel. Room was big and spacious and bed was super comfortable. Fridge was amazing and worked well. Cons: I did not like and thought was inconvenient walking out to the patio across to another side of the building to get to my room. Didn’t like that the breakfast didn’t have any fruit available. Just had a few apples, no bananas. Coffee was not hot enough. They also didn’t offer the bags behind the counter with water bottles and a snack. I could have used one because I had to leave by 6 and couldn’t stay for breakfast.

Clean

Room was mostly comfortable, however, the heat did not work properly in the living room area and there was no one available to fix it. Also, the parking is NOT free as listed…we were charged $5.12 per night for parking.

Loved the kitchenette and the bed was comfortable.

Incredible service from all and very very quiet

Excellent front desk and breakfast personnel customer service. Friendly, communicative, accomodating. Only issue is on the top floor room where we stayed, #405 the air conditioner is extremely loud and when off, there is a rumbling sound that never stops...like a motor running on the roof...annoying.

Breakfast served with real plates and silverware.

Everything is great

The rooms are nice and spacious . I didn’t like the fact that they don’t do room service everyday unless you ask about it . The internet sucks !! For Yuma it’s not bad.
