The stay was very nice. Loved the spa amenities, in particular the sauna and the steam bath, open until 11pm. The breakfast buffet was decent, but nothing spectacular. It was rather limited with pre-cooked scrambled eggs, the cold meat spread did not include any Lox, and the bacon was almost entirely under cooked. With just a few edges cooked and the vast majority of the bacon strips completely raw. Other than the breakfast buffet, the stay was excellent. And the hotel was clean, modern, convenient, with excellent amenities. Only other comment. I have been to saunas all over the world and this one was the absolute "hottest" I have ever been in. Meanwhile, the steam bath was one of the best I've ever been in.

2nd time staying at the Hamburg Airport Radisson Blu. Wonderful experience both times. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Best airport hotel EVER!!!

I loved its proximity to the airport. After the long flight, it was wonderful to be able to rest before heading to our final destination. The breakfast was pretty good. It was expensive but worth the convenience. The restaurant did not take cash which was inconvenient for some people in our group.

Perfect location for an early morning flight. Short walk across the street to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was shorthanded but they handled everyone and everything so professionally and they were extremely patient. Great customer service throughout the hotel.

Overall a great hotel with easy access to public transportation and the Hamburg airport. Very comfortable room and quick room service. The gym and sauna are also very nice and provide a good way to relax. I would have rated this 5 stars except for a security issue I reported that was not taken seriously. Very disappointing.

Convenient, good dining, smaller rooms and very small bathrooms however, well appointed.
