Very clean and the staff was super friendly and informative

I was placed in room 131 but had to switch rooms. Due to room having bed bugs.

Area and room was clean.

Great stay

So clean and friendly! The team went above and beyond! I left my iPad in my room and was afraid I would miss my flight if I went and got it, so they ran it up to me, at the airport!!! Literally amazing stay!!

Great customer service all round

Check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable what more could you ask for.

The front desk staff was very friendly. They could have more variety of choices for breakfast. Being in the South I was surprise they didn't have any Grits or Sausage or biscuits on their menu. They only had one Luggage Cart and that was a little bit of a inconvenience..

Room was a terrific size! It had a living area with a desk, a small fridge, and a microwave. It also had a small walk-in closet. Only negative is that the tub and shower curtain had some light stains. They should be replaced. Very clean!

The area was convenient but the problem solving was awful. I had to leave the room due to it having bed bugs at 5 am in the morning and I was unable to get to another room until 1pm. We had to inspect our clothing and do additional cleaning . The manager in charge named Laquana Johnson never followed up with me after I requested a refund for that night. They acted as if it was the norm to have bugs there and they didn’t seem bothered by the inconvenience caused due to the bedbugs. My granddaughter had bites on her which made the rest of the stay there very stressful. I have called and left my phone number and still no call back from anyone since my last night there on Saturday. I wanted to go somewhere else but there was no vacancies and the room was already paid for. I don’t recommend this hotel in this area.
