No son was great

Got a suite which I didn’t expect took it regardless my grandkids ended up not coming with us. The suite has 2 bedrooms one and two beds. A tv in each plus living area. Plenty of room. The other adult my hubby got asked for ID after all these years this was a first time. Unsure if it was because of new staff? It’s usually me the guest that booked and pays shows ID. The toilet bowl is newer than in the other rooms I’ve stayed in at this hotel; nice change. They should change them all.

T.V didnt work in our room , but manager gave us a discount .

Staff was very rude, I can’t recommend at all. I ended up checking out early because it was that bad.

Front desk would not let me use my giftcard to pay for my room.

Could not control the heat.

Arrived to check in, had confirmed joining rooms for our family. When we arrived the said they had no rooms. Offered us cots for 4 kids in one single room. Cots weren’t delivered until 11pm. Manager wouldn’t return calls, was left paying full price for two rooms no where near eachother and not joining. Front desk staff was kind and understanding, but absolutely terrible service when we had 4 kids under 6. Won’t be staying here again.

Security being deployed on several occasions, police called several times due to disturbances and last but not least, Security let a woman into my room without checking any ID. I found her lying on the bed. Nothing had apparently been taken, however later discovered she had helped herself to wine I had in the refrigerator.

The bed was sagging, dips in the middle And very uncomfortable. The staff was unfriendly. No bottle of water in the fridge or provided by staff despite being requested and no alternatives provided in the lobby. Soap was watery; appears to be significantly watered down. Overall, I will not recommend this place.

Very Hospitable

No free breakfast. No washroom on the pool area. Access door to the pool and hallway door is so hard to open, you got to push hard and make noise. Over all the facilities and rooms are clean and nice.

Clean room courteous staff, lots of parking

We have been staying here for the last couple of years for its close location to Luther Home where my mother is. We don’t have any complaints about the hotel or the staff who we generally find very helpful!

Water park was great for kids!

Bathtub caulking could do with replacing

Parking was a little shady. No cameras in sight. Didn't feel safe. Very clean inside!!! Customer service was terrible. No smiles, no eye contact, very short with us like we were disturbing them. Restaurants inside terrible.

When you enter the room thier is a bad smell

We have stayed in lots of Canad inns and quality every time this was no exception. Receptionists really good and approachable. Room and bed was excellent we had a great night sleep. Tv was excellent quality. Free breakfast is not offered so hard to comment on that but overall a really good stay
