The room is outdated but the bed was comfortable. Not sure the ac was working properly because the room stayed stuffie. Breakfast was minimal for the price of the stay.

My room did not have adequate mobile phone charging ports. The two that were there on one sidevof the bed, was not srongvenough for two chargers. The curtains would not draw closed to darken the room at night.

I was traveling to Houston during a bad thunderstorm. Was greeted at the front desk and front desk agent very helpful. I felt at home. I thought the lobby was cozy and like the tv on so I could decide to book a room and not to continue driving on my trip. Ladies at front desk very helpful and generous by offering a grab bag for bfast and some cookies. Thank you!

Rust on most metal surfaces, couch was unusable (old and too worn), the chair was severely stained and tiled flooring in bathroom area was slippery (not clean!). Curtain was broken so we had to rig it to stay closed. Just overall dated inside!!

We stay at Hampton Inn anytime possible when traveling and usually love it. This time, not so much. We arrived around 7:45pm (so not late) and no one was at the desk. We had to wait around and make noise to get anyone to come help. The room had all kinds of marks on the walls, "squishy" carpet (almost felt wet or something), grime on the bathroom countertops, two different black hairs on the sheets, and lipstick on the pillowcase. I was too tired to bother with another room that's probably just as gross so we just stayed. Breakfast is normally GREAT at H.I. but not here. The oatmeal was basically raw it had so little water in it to cook. The waffle iron seemed to cook the waffle but it was almost completely raw inside. The sausage patties that normally are decent were disgusting. My daughter got 2 oranges only to open them and see they were shriveled and old. The bananas were mostly black. When we went to leave, there were 2 ladies working the front desk area. They were busy chatting personal business and barely even looked up at us as we dropped off our keys. No "thanks for staying" or anything. This was definitely not a normal Hampton Inn experience and if traveling in the area again, I would avoid it if at all possible. How disappointing.

Quaint hotel in a small town…. Enjoyed the old rustic feel of the hotel though outdated… the front desk was great and overall loved the charm of this hotel

The Hampton Inn is usually pretty nice, right? Especially for almost 200$ a night. Very disappointing. When we checked in, we had been on the road until 1:00am. We asked for sheets for the fold out couch, to which we were told everything was in the room. We went to the room and while the room was a decent size, the condition of it was not. There were stains on the walls, the tables leg was broken. My child leaned against it and the whole thing fell. The bathroom was dirty with a towel still hanging on the bathroom door, stiff as a board. Ew. Then the dirty sheets were still on the pull out from the guests prior. To top it off, the bed was awful. You could feel the springs and one side sloped down towards the other. This was room 301, for anyone in the future. Breakfast was decent. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal…..
