The shower water isn’t even that warm it was cold

Room is old but ok. Some staff were a bit rude.

The staff is friendly. The bar is great, and room is clean. It’s an excellent location, two train stations (one is international) and subway are nearby. Grand Place is in walking distance.

Room was fine but noisy with all the bars below. Very conveniently located opposite the station. Would have liked person checking me in to make it clear there are two options for breakfast (which was served in room above the bar that I didn't like much): better to just order breakfast in the bar if wanting croissant and coffee. Had good value evening meal there.

Stayed for two nights with my daughter. The staff were excellent and very patient with me as very little French speaking. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

Great location within steps of Gare de Lille Flandres. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had breakfast and dinner also which was very good. Happy to recommend this place.

This hotel is in a Fantastic location, it’s fun situated on a very busy square , great for people watching, nice bar and restaurant downstairs

This hotel was perfect for a quick stay in Lille. Service was friendly and room was just fine. They allowed us to drop our bags off early so we didn’t have to walk around with them. The only negative was when we entered our room it was full of flies but that was due to a window being left open. Overall was a good stay.

Location is good. Staff good but tired accommodation above a bar/restaurant and key number bore no resemblance to actual room number. Room directions non existent .Budget accommodation not sure if it is budget price,

The pub below the rooms was nice with a kitchen open 11am- midnight, very convenient. Hotel is opposite Lille Flandres station also very convenient for travelling.

Third time in this gotel and looking furward to the fourth

Very good. The hotel has seen better days but the staff are lovely.

Great location and plenty of places to eat, but being so close to railway station it was quite noisy at night but you can’t have everything..

Stayed a night, they have a very worrying approach to fire safety. There was an alarm at near midnight, so a group of guests got out of bed and went down to the bar area. The guests were completely ignored and we saw no one doing anything about the alarm, or any safety checks on the floors. Eventually the alarm stopped. I asked what it was, and was insulted by a staff member and told to go back upstairs using language I won't repeat here. Very unnerving, we will never be staying there again.

Not great toilet brush in the communal shower room just on the side. Not in a holder. No soap in the room or shower. Soap at the sink in the communal shower room. Towel rail has come off the wall and not been put back. Curtains clean but too thin to keep the light or noise out.

Very very average. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean enough. Service is nothing amazing, but not terrible.
