Good breakfast, comfortable room

The hotel has quite good facilities, attentive staff and fully equipped rooms according to customer needs. However, the air conditioner is quite old, the location of the air conditioner is not very reasonable, so it takes a long time for the room to cool down after turning on the air conditioner. The TV cable is quite weak, so when it rains, the signal is very poor, the number of channels is quite limited.

Breakfast buffet has nothing to eat, rooms are in poor quality carpet, dirty pool

The hotel is quite good, clean, the reception is good. Just a little improvement for the ventilation handrail for the upper floors, the iron bars are slightly sparse. If there is a small child, it is quite unsafe.

I have been at Palace many times, I am very comfortable, I really like it but this time in another area, the path, the narrow, zigzag hallway and the room space make me uneasy not understand why

Too bad. Blankets, sheets, pillows, mattresses ... yellow stains look at the prayer, the carpet is the right name. At this hotel, many star criteria are many years, not comfort standards. The plus point is the friendly staff. No next time

I had a great few days break here. Easy travel from HCMC on a VIP van. Located close to restaurants and the front beach for walking along the coast road. If you want to swim in the ocean then Back beach on the other side of town is more popular but that also makes it very busy. This side of town was much quieter. The hotel rooms are comfortable with a good bed, shower, bath and lots of TV channels. The breakfast has a good range and local style coffee fixings, though it's not replenished as much toward the end of service times. The pool is open 5am-9pm which is much longer hours than most places I've stayed and gives you a chance to have a swim after a long day out walking. However, the pool is in almost full sun most of the day so it does get a bit warm in the water. There was also an outdoor wedding the Saturday I arrived so the pool was a no-go... much quieter on week days than weekends but I think that applies for all of Vung Tau. They do need to improve the curtains/blackouts as they are not actually wide enough to fully cover the windows so that does add light to the room during the day. The lady at the front desk (Hien) was exceptionally helpful in booking my transport back to HCMC. I would stay here again.

Rooms and old items. Location is not beautiful. Suggest to leave 4 stars, only 2 stars.

Comfortable, clean, cheerful, friendly staff, varied breakfast, taste, clean swimming pool, spacious room, very convenient car park, hotel location near floating restaurants sound, very convenient move ...

The third time back to Palace with his family, still very pleased with the hotel and service. Rooms are clean, facilities are stable and wider than other hotels of the same price range. Location close to the park, the sea view gives a pleasant feeling. The pool needs more warning signs in the lake corner more than 2m deep, directing children to the shallow water lake Middle breakfast is stable

Nice reception area, polite. The old steam room interior, although the same system as the Grand, but Grand's room and interior area is more than 1 level. Parking is also less. Breakfast is fine, although there are few dishes but the food is constantly lit, but it doesn't taste good.

Reasonable price, hotel, staff are all ok, professional..definitely recommend to many people .. come again later (:

Very honest and clean. Every floor is hot. Only air condition inside the room.

I have good vacation here with family. Very good place, near Front beach and centralized. Room clean, in good condition. Swimming pool is beautiful, clean and safe. Some staffs manner should improve. Breakfast is delicious, many choices.

Rooms are clean, spacious, near the beach.

Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Old hotel, swimming pool clean, good breakfast. The location in the front beach is not convenient for swimming.
