Small, clean, good breakfast. Acceptable for a quick stop over. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again; good value for the price.

Viena was not our destination just we were in transit to the F1 race in Spielberg but we got a very nice place and regret not being more time. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff, we enjoyed a lot our short stay in Viena

Was here for 2 nights used as a crash pad. The room was ok, there was an ant infestation in the bathroom. Other than that ok… expensive compared to other better hotels nearby

We felt very comfortable and relaxed at the hotel. Staff were very helpful. A bath, as well as a shower, was most welcome. Bathrobes were also provided. Coffee and tea making facilities were appreciated.

Wry well run property

Very dark in hallways and outside. Were told no one would enter room but they did as noticed by emptied garbage. Did nothing else though. Location not bad though.

Very nice hotel! Rooms are small but functional. Staff is friendly. Good, quiet location right on the tramline; easy to get to the town center and the major attractions. The area seemed safe and the hotel is within a short walk to grocery stores. There’s a McDonald’s nearby for cappuccino in the morning.

Stayed in Graz on the way to Corinthia. Lovely hotel with a view of the castle and the old town. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast amazing. Graz is a hidden gem, a gorgeous city that doesn't get the recognition it deserves.

That’s a disgrace to call this place a “best western plus”. It is definitely not. It’s old, but not historic old - it’s stinky and rundown old: the mattresses are probably from the 60s, but there are some kind of covers put on top of them to hide it. You cannot sleep in those beds because you go all the way down - that’s how bad the mattresses are. We asked to exchange the room and were given the same type of a room but on a different floor. I am so disgusted by this place. It’s also dirty and there is somebody's hair all over the bed, stains on the sheets. There was even an ant trap in a bathroom. Really? Call yourselves “Motel 6” and there won’t be any questions. But “Best Western Plus”? Seriously?

Very nice and clean, close to city centre, lovely personnel. We used garage, which was very convenient.

Jan, on reception was very helpful with directions and travel advice. He spoke fluent English and helped me with the nuances of Graz public transport.

This Best western was ok. Nothing special.Just stayed overnight and left early next morning. Did not eat here.
