Me and my father really enjoyed our time in Rocky Point, especially since it was our first visit. The only complaint I had was that the rollout bed was completely broken and unusable. The couch was also very uncomfortable, which made sleeping in the living room difficult. If that was upgraded, everything would easily be five stars across the board.

Great pool and beach access. Staff is great - very helpful. We didn't have hot water in the room 2 days (out of 3) in a row. I reported the first day, then again second day. Room service is hit and miss - They skipped us the first day. Second day they didn't really "clean", and third day, they did a great job. Restaurant on the premise is not scaled for the number of rooms (long lines for Sat and Sunday breakfast.) "Included" breakfast is not good - portions are very small and Eggs are cold, and literally come in a 1/4 cup bowl - that small! quality is not proportional to the hotel charges. Thank god for Max's restaurant across the street (great pizza) - Weekdays, hotel was almost empty. Starting Friday through Sunday - very busy place. If you have kids or you're in your 20s, the pool and beach are ok. Very loud music throughout the weekend. My ears are still ringing from the beach drums 2 days later. You can kiss any relaxation plans good bye.

No me encantó es muy caro y los cuartos no son bonitos muy básicos y no esta limpio el cuarto muy cara la comida y porción muy pequeña incluye desayuno gratis solo tienen dos opciones y la porción parece para niño no regresaría lo único bonito es la alberca y que está frente a la playa

Our room was very clean. We were on the first floor with the pool right outside the sliding door, and people were sitting right there. Hotel is clean, but needs some updating. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

Clean room, beds are soft not hard outdoors pool were okay.Just need to give extra towels and wash rags for long stays. Staff were okay breakfast wasn't bad. Pets idk i didn't have one.

Hotel is near the beach, no complaints of my room, very nice view. The included breakfast is not that good, wish they had different menu every day, we went out to eat somewhere else.

First I would like to say the staff was amazing, very friendly, and helpful. The room itself we thought was very overpriced. No mini fridge, chocolate or blood on curtains. 1 chair on the little balcony.

Clean room and friendly staff. Stayed there a couple years ago and had a fabulous room upgrade but not so this time, downgraded to two double bed on the 3rd floor. Hotel provides a complimentary breakfast at their restaurant. Last time you could order a fabulous breakfast off the menu but this time they had a new breakfast menu with two options which both were gross. 2 pre frozen pancakes or a leftover Mexican tortilla chip casserole that was gross. A small glass of orange juice and water. While it was clean and friendly we will probably not return for further downgrades.
