We booked 2 rooms for our family - very nice, clean, roomy, great amenities, handy for the town very nice lady served breakfast. Very happy with our stay

Great find in Arrowtown. Very private and quiet. Large very clean, warm and comfortable room, big bed with quality linen and furnishings..large warm bathroom..with separate deep soak tub..hot pressure shower..washer/dryer..nespresso machine with fresh milk, welcome cheese platter, wine and chocolate..home baked cookies ( to die for) and fruit left in lobby to help yourself..we asked for ice and large flask appeared at the door..breakfast was perfect. Fresh OJ, fresh barista coffee, eggs bacon and sourdough..staff very attentive and helpful..its a short stroll to main town so no need for designated driver or taxi..Great for a couple looking for a date night..weekend away..and having a washing machine is perfect if you are hikers or bikers..thank you for creating such a special place.

Such a lovely welcoming place to stay. Breakfast was delicious as was baked good for afternoon tea and cheese platter on arrival- all included. Nice and quiet and in walking distance of everything. Only negative was the size of the TV - too small for the room size. Only an issue as we had a rainy afternoon which we spent watching a movie on Netflix. Would love to stay again!

Great upscale clean property close to the center of Arrowtown. Love the heated floors and heater in the bathroom. My favorite stay so far of my month long holiday

We were spoilt from the moment we checked in. The wine, chocolate & cheese platter was an unexpected delight. We home baked afternoon tea was a delight and the continental breakfast was the best we have experienced. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

We had an excellent one night stay at the Arrowtown House boutique hotel. The room was lovely and the welcome gifts of a cheese platter and half bottle of wine were much appreciated, as was the homemade cake in the afternoon. Breakfast was high quality and well presented consisting of a cold buffet, toast, and a warm freshly baked cheese and ham brioche. Service was friendly. Location ideal being in a quiet street but very near to the centre. Very happy with the choice of accommodation in Arrowtown.

It was a lovely property, we were able to check in early. There was a bottle of very nice local wine and a cheese plate awaiting us that was a fab surprise and lovely. There were also delicious cookies in the afternoon and a bowl of fruit out for all the guests. The room was lovely and the bathroom was huge. The breakfast the next day was great and really enjoyed it. I would totally stay here again and recommend it.

Great little hotel. Fast wifi, washer and dryer, tasty pastries or cookies every day. A short walk downhill to a few restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the wonderful service in the morning. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed and a sitting area the we appreciated. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in our washroom. The bottle of wine and cheese plate that were in our room when we arrived were a pleasant treat. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when in Arrowtown. Thank you.

This hotel was quite possibly one of the best I have ever stayed in, the little extras and attention to detail were fantastic, genuinely could not fault it, only wish we could have stayed longer.

Our tree tree-top view apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. breakfast by the fireplace too—delicious: salmon, meats and cheeses and homemade muffins by Sadie! A delightful and comfortable spot to enjoy all that arrowtown has to offer.

Very welcoming yet private. Lots of space in our room for laying out our suitcases and sorting our things. Beautiful garden and surrounds. Freshly baked muffins left in the lobby for afternoon tea and a lovely hot breakfast. Just like the old school bnbs but with privacy. We loved it and would highly recommend!

Our best stay in New Zealand yet. Excellent amenities and excellent service. Wish we had more time here.
