The room was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was all round good

The hotel was clean an spacious. Close to the center of Town. I brought a few things to the attention of house keeping and they were rectified. Bed was softer than i would normally like, but the room was a good size and quiet. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I would stay again. As would the friends I was with.

Looks clean but are not actually

Reception and room lovely and clean. Strange configuration of switches to turn on lights with a master switch to turn everything off. The AC didn’t seem to do anything on auto so I ended up having the fan running, not sure there was any actual cooling though. Spacious clean shower and nice liquid soaps. The area looks less than appealing but there’s nice pubs nearby and about 15mins to Broad St. My only real boggle is that the “room key” is a piece of card with the name of the hotel, room number and combination to the electronic keypad on the door, meaning if you loose it someone could potentially get into your room before you are aware the card is lost. So, keep your card close to your tuppence

Comfy beds and well maintained. Staff were friendly although we had to ask three times to something before it got actioned. Rooms are hot with no air conditioning. Just a noisy, ineffectual fan. Also strange noise through the night. But on the whole a good choice for a budget stay.

Just ok. Staff unresonsice when i emiled ahead to see whether an early check in was possible. Clean, well-designed and good sized room. Too hot and the aircon didn’t help. No one present on Reception when i went to ask for help. Breakfast was okay. Convenient location, but some of the details are below par.

Really pleased we stayed here, staff very friendly, hardly any noise (some loud cars at times during the night but wasn’t kept awake by any noise inside the hotel). Room had everything we needed for a short stay. A short walk from the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

Reception staff fantastic

Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable temperature. Breakfasts selections very good and varied. I found my bed uncomfortable, I could feel every single coil/spring. I mentioned it in the morning to reception

Close to Birmingham New Street train station, great! Rooms have a more modern style, which is cool! Breakfast area is really nice and the menu served is fresh. There is a small store next to the hotel opened 24 h too! My bed sheets were stained, so it was somewhat uncomfortable, but I would come back still. Recommended in overall!

The hotel was very clean and pleasant to stay in. Location was good and close to the Bullring and university accommodation buildings. It looked business friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Nice surprise great customer service and lovely room

Good location and design, only down side was advised restaurant on 1st floor, in reality is a vending machine. Staff friendly.
