Sea Side Inn was very clean. The rooms were very nice with a balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The maids came in every day. The pool was just right. Small but relaxing. The hotel staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Close to the beach, friendly check-in/out, pool was clean, rooms are clean,, bathrooms a lil small but ok, overall great place tho…also returned forgotten jewelry.

Property looks old, but well maintained and was the cheapest option for Fourth of July. Expected to be a lot worse since being the cheapest, but staff was excellent in maintaining the property to be as clean as can be.

Excellent older motel maintained and clean. One block to beach. Book directly to motels web site or call to get the best deals.

Dog in room next door wouldn’t stop barking. Over 2 hours of continuous barking. Wouldn’t stay again if it was free. The staff did nothing to get the noise resolved. And I got no comp for me leaving early because of the noise.

The owners/management are very nice. The motel is very old, like you feel like you are stepping back into the 60’s. That said, it serves the purpose for a quick overnight or even a couple of days. There has been painting done to make it feel fresh, laminate floors nice that you don’t have to walk on damp sandy beach motel carpet.it is a very simple place, built is clean and when you enter your room, it smells freshly cleaned. A short walk to the beach. Some shops and dining you can walk to. If you need fancy or are picky, this is not the place for you. But if you want inexpensive, and are ok with old but clean, this will serve the purpose. It’s not where I would want to spend my only vacation week, but I needed inexpensive clean place for one night. A long weekend would be ok also, but not where I would want to be for a week.

We had a lovely balcony with morning sun overlooking a couple trees and another property. The worst thing probably was the complete lack of an elevator but as it was only 3 floors it was not THAT bad. They had a small pool in the center of the hotel, not inside, but surrounded by the staircases and halls. The beach was a short 1.5 block walk to the entrance over the dunes. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We were surprised that the room was cleaned, bed made, and towels swapped, a thing not requested and in this era of post covid crap, a thing not often found.

The people in the office were very nice and check-in was easy and pleasant. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The property had a strong cleaning smell, but after a few minutes in the room, I did not notice the smell. I had a room facing the Coastal Highway. The traffic noise woke me up several times.

All the way around an excellent experience would definitely recommend

I asked for a different room and did get it without a issue

1/2 block walk to excellent Fenwick Island State Park beach.

Clean and nice staff

I would return to this property in a heartbeat. Everything was great from beginning to end. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and friendly throughout our stay. I wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance to the beach and this absolutely was. I had never been to Delaware before so I wasn’t sure if I made the right decision in choosing Fenwick Island but for my daughter and I it was the best! If you want the hustle and bustle and crowds of Rehoboth Beach, then don’t stay here, but if you want a wonderful ocean vacation where you can relax this is the place to be!
