Staff was great and airport shuttle is a plus. Wish they could provide shuttle to TTU campus.

Overton never disappoints! Best in Lubbock! No parking fee.

The property was clean. Well staffed and conveniently located. Most everything was 15 minutes away or less.

Wonderful hotel, we always stay here when it’s available! It could use some updates like a refresh on the carpets but other than that we enjoy our stay each time.

Check-in was slow and room wasn’t ready even when checking in past the time. Had same thing last time we visited. They will give you coupons for watered down drinks while you wait. Rooms are clean but outdated. Furniture is very worn and outdated. Time to update some things folks!

Beautiful accommodations with a lovely restaurant and coffee bar

Nice place! The room was super nice and had a big workspace for business, if you have a laptop or something. Nice heated pool. Starbucks in the lobby as well as a bar and food in the lobby.

Staff was incredibly nice and accomodating. TV didn't work but it was taken care of immediately. Coffee staff on first floor were a great group of college age girls that talked "college" with my daughter while we were there for orientation. Very sweet.

The room was outdated for what we expected. The bath tub was dirty.

My flight got canceled and had to stay an extra two nights during Texas Tech graduation- the hotel was full and they found a way to fit me and treat us amazing! They made staying extra two days so easy and worth it!

The room never really cooled down. I woke up in the middle of the night because it was too hot in the room for me.
