Despite having a non-refundable reservation there was no room when we arrived.

Friendly staff but not that clean bathroom, good bedding and comfortable bed ok for overnight stop

Parfait !

Arrived after midnight. It took the lady 30 minutes to find our reservation, after telling us multiple times that there was no reservation. Then she could not find that it was already paid for. So she told us her colleagues probably messed up things. Then she went out for at least five minutes to find out what happened to our reserved room. Turned out it was given to someone else. So she had to give us a different room, that was fortunately still available. She apologized, but all this fuss was so unnecessary, time consuming and very unprofessional. After 45 minutes we could finally !!!!!!! go to bed. Unacceptable!!! We were the only ones there to check in. Never again at this place!

Very bad experience, it’s a one star facility. Should be renamed to “derniere” class.

Basic motel that does what it should by providing a cheap clean simple bed for the night. Very popular with workers stopping overnight or travelers. Friendly staff. Secure security gated parking overnight.

Comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. A long way from Valences town centre but flip side it was quiet. Older hotel so external staircases etc, but easy, free parking

only 2 towels for 2adults 1child, AC very weak! Okay only for one night on budget! Breakfast ist worth the 8€ extra für 3 (pre-booked)

The hotel is nothing fancy, the room was clean. The shower is pretty small, I spend only one night.

Its great for night stay. Good matrass, queit, clean. Very close to road, which is important when you're travelling

The receptionist was very helpful but poor hotel and poor breakfast (bread and jam - not even any cheese) . Hotel had metal shutters on the windows which did not fill us with confidence about the area and there were a lot of shady characters wandering around

Good price ok one night stop

Hotel is excellent value for money. I was alone but might be a bit squashed for 2 adults and a child. Very close to the motorway so very convenient for travelling but not much to see in the surrounding area. Overall an ideal hotel for an overnight stop on route.

Nobody spoke English. But the staff are friendly. You can hear everything from the room next to you.
