Asked within allowed timeframe to change from 2 nights to 1 night, which was approved by manager, in a written email response. We only slept there 1 night and checked out in the morning. However, upon check in, we were charged for 2 nights, despite said approval. There was no reasoning with the manager, she insisted that we had no right for a refund because I had said we would leave in the evening, even though we left in the morning, and despite teh fact she had previously approved the booking change. Insisted that all claims for a refund should be with Expedia. I which I could copy and paste her email response, proving my point and her words. Very poor guest relations.

Out of the area hotel but comfortable and good value for the money.

Staff made a big effort to get in touch and ensure we wouldn't have any issues with check in. The space was mostly clean and pretty well equiped - really helpful to have a kitchen when travelling with kids. Beds were reasonably confortable and shower worked well. Location was very convenience for our purposes, with easy access to large shopping mall and other businesses.

This place is highly recommended. 10 min from a major mall, a mini apartment that vices you the freedom to cook. Little patio outside... Really nice.

A bit of modernization would benefit, some fabric had stain marks :-(

Perfectly functional accommodation. No frills but the price was great so you can't complain. Only ten minutes for Nantes.

We struggled to find this hotel in the dark and in a real downpour. We feel the directions on the website need updating and a better map. That said, when we phoned the hotel, the staff were very helpful and gave us good directions - follow the tram lines out of the city, past the station and it is on the right about 5 mins from the big blue IKEA building. The staff were helpful with other questions too.

Spacious rooms and good equipment in the kitchenette.

More than happy with everything except the shower facility. The shower head could not be adjusted as its grip washers had slipped out. Also, the water flow was not good enough compared with most French hotel chains. A bit frustrating.

Great value for money and very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available and recommend paying a bit extra for continental breakfast which cuts out a lot of hassle.

good over night stay staff very helpful

The hotel room incl. bathroom were much larger and better equipped than we expected. It was a quiet neighbourhood with a large shopping centre, restaurants and cinema less than a 5min drive away. The bed was very comfortable and the fully equipped small kitchen was very convenient. Parking was safe and free-of-charge. A lovely place to stay at and highly recommenable. Please be aware if you arrive/leave on a Sunday: You have to contact the hotel a few days in advance to organize access and key to the complex and room as the Reception is closed Sundays.

Great place to spend few days visiting this area. Easy to commute downtown from the hotel, the bus station is just in front.
