Clean room and great breakfast service with also the biggest feria festival season right in front of the hotel and only a 15 min walk to the downtown part of the city of Aguascalientes. Also taxes available nearby the area during this festival season.

The staff were wonderful and the rooms were kept very clean, which I truly appreciated. The location is also excellent and very convenient. However, the shower heads are outdated and did not function well. Unfortunately, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. I even developed a rash on my neck, and when I checked the pillow, it appeared to have very old feather filling. I requested additional pillow covers for protection. Additionally, the towels and sheets felt very worn and in need of replacement. While the staff and location were great, the condition of the bedding and bathroom fixtures would prevent me from staying here again.

The room was clean but the bathroom had issues.

Left my airpods their and called and they said they weren’t and on my find AirPods the location appears that one of the staffs have it

Location was great. In the heart of the Feria San Marcos. The band playing outside the hotel until 6;00 every morning was a little hard to get used to.

The property has prime location for attending FNSM; however the rooms were dirty. The walls in the bathroom were especially dirty, and the baseboards had buildup of dirt and hair. There wasn’t an iron in the room had to use a comunal laundry room.

Hotel did not look like the pictures online. Rooms are super small and not cleaned well. There was hair all over the floor and baseboards. Beds dont have fitted sheets and stains were not only visible but off putting. Hotel looks run down and not well maintained. Not the quality hotel i would associate with the Fiesta chain. Location is excellent but property was not.

rooms are super cramped, found a ton of little bugs roaming around room got bit by a few the a/c unit does not heat and rooms are super cold! you can hear everything and everyone around you the bar next door blasting music all night will not let you sleep
