Great location to find in the light - in the dark not easy to find. Google maps take you on a goose chase. Please advise better directions to locate hotel in the dark

Hotel is fine but £15 to park for 1 night is ridiculous. I won't be staying here again.

Hotel at Birmingham Airport was very convenient, spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed, whats not to like. Only suprise was internet access around the airport was very poor. Not the hotels fault i appreciate

The only thing I could say is negative was the pillow, the location was great and staff lovely, breaky was also good!

It's a nice modern hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and thankfully quiet. A good night sleep was had on a comfortable bed. If you are going to the NEC or the airport it is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable quiet and very clean. The only negative is that it was not clear at the time of online booking that we had to pay £15.00 to park overnight in the open air hotel car park.

It was quiet for a big hotel. The room was what you expect from an Ibis. The bed was hard despite having a topper on it, and narrower than a standard twin too. Housekeepers worked hard, but the carpet needed a steam clean and decor getting tired. The location was good for the NEC, but it was rather spooky walking back from Resorts World, in the dark - through all of the warehousing, with no signage or footpaths!

Did the job well. Recommend for the airport and the NEC.

The bar wasnt stocked and the bar area was really cold

Comfortable and clean. Had an early flight and it was difficult to find front desk staff.

We had a great stay at the Ibis Styles for a dance competition weekend. The manager Duncan at the hotel is a top guy and we were made to feel very welcome. We would definitely return.

Paid for breakfast, and when we turned at 7 for breakfast there was no hot food. We had to quickly eat as we had to get to a cheer competition and there was no hot food. Was only a couple pastries and some yogurt for breakfast. Wasn’t most certainly not worth 28 pounds for the two of us. We were both left starving and had to get breakfast else where and would like a refund

Fit for purpose. Nice hotel. Very comfy beds. Nice staff and communal areas. Its just a10 minute walk to the airport. No taxis required. 2nd time we have used and will use again.

Excellent location for both airport and NEC,the latter being our reason to stay. Our room was the side of the hotel next to a busy road, so a little noisy, but not annoyingly so. Good menu choices in bar/restaurant.

Room very clean warm and comfortable Location very close to train and Aerport Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Evening meal in restaurant poor seemed like it was just reheated

Wonderful hotel, very clean and the staff were very kind and caring. Lady on the bar was very lovely. The bedroom was immaculate, my partner and I were commenting how the carpets and sheets were much cleaner than 5star hotels weve stayed in before. The gym was very clean and all equipment was working (might need to look at treadmill though because it was building a lot of static got an electric shock haha). Very quiet and loads of equipment available including weights and a rowing machine. All over great stay, would 100% come back again. Especially for shows in BP pulse, only a 15-20 min walk :)

Clean enough hotel. Staff were friendly but extremely dissatisfied with the over all experience. 4 night stay in which we couldn’t watch tv due to interference. Reported to reception and told after staff had a look that maintenance would fix it the next day. Never happened. Reported it again nothing happened. Asked for an extra pillow due to there thin and unsupported pillows to be told there was a pillow shortage. Only to find out a friend who checked in same day later in the afternoon requested pillows and got them.

Good hotel in an excellent location for the NEC and Station. Dog friendly!

The hotel is located in an easy place to reach by car, train or plane is pet friendly. The staff outstanding even during a busy period. Duty manageress one of the best I’ve met and I’ve met a few Dealt with problems beyond control efficiently. Receptionists particularly need a mention. Food was tasty and well presented. On the downside I felt the hike in price for a show week took the hotel into pricing for a different class of hotel. Then add pet fees which were well over the norm for an Ibis. Basically for the following week it was £700 cheaper for 4 nights Which is a huge hike I feel.
