Lots of parking, lights beside the bed were broken & had to be unplugged. Staff was good. Everything else was great

Parking was not that good trailers parking in multiple spots

Small commodes in rooms. Looked like they were made for a child. No TV guide. Remote to TV didnt work and the clerk would not give another one or offer a solution. Breakfast was cold and unappealing. The 24 hour gym was closed.

The only issue that I had was that the tv remote was broken, I called the front desk about it and one was never brought. The mirror is the bathroom is broken on the corner which takes away from the quality look

Good location next to restaurants and stores. Clean staff was amazingly friendly and helpful i will definitely come again.

Everything was fine… minus the stained couch.. looked like someone spilled coffee all down it.

I was pleased. It is overall a very good value for the money. I felt safe, and the room was nice. The only downside was that there were a few odd things -- a lamp in the room seemed to have a short in it; the AC thermostat was a little wonky but worked. But overall, good value for the money.

Only 4 stars because the beds are only full size, yes it says that in the picture, but it would have been ok if the pull out was more comfortable and the kids could have slept on that. You could feel every spring, no they are not all like this either. This was never an update mattress or a topper. Pool was closed some of the time we were there. Breakfast was hotel breakfast food. The mall was across the street was ok. Lots of places to eat and shop in the area. We mostly will not stay again because of the small beds.

The staff was great but the room I was in smelled musty and the toilet lid was cracked.

My family and I had a great time. The facility was very clean and safe. I would def come back to stay.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was good. The breakfast area is small because the space is cut off by a wall. It’s hard to get in and out during busy times. The room was nice but I take points off for the damp odor. I carry odoban with me while traveling because some hotels have a damp musty odor like wet carpet that didn’t dry under ventilation. The air freshener helped with the odor.

I was on a solo trip for family business. The hotel was nice mostly clean, but the biggest issue was the sink and bathtub did not drain properly. I told the front desk the first day I was there and it was never fixed in four days. That was disappointing.

Checked in Sunday for a stay until Wednesday. Room did not get housekeeping at all on Monday. On Tuesday they only picked up towels and got trash. No cleaning, no bed making, no wiping down anything. I checked out early and mentioned this to the front desk staff. He took a note but other than that no comment, no apology. People loud running up and down the hall late Sunday night, talking loud in and out of rooms etc. A fire alarm went off Sunday night/Monday morning at about 1am or so, not real sure why but no fire truck came and no one checked with the guests to let us know what was going on. By the time I was about to evacuate the alarm stopped and everyone went back in their rooms. Perhaps it had something to do with the awful Weed smell you could smell when coming off the elevator and walking up the hall. Breakfast not as good as advertised. Oatmeal in a pot on counter was just watery, not made properly. There were bagels available but only two pieces of regular in bread keeper and they were end pieces and hard. On a positive note there was cream cheese and butter available for the bagels. Had to get someone to fix the coffee dispenser because the top was not connected and couldn’t get the coffee to come out. Overall it was not a safe warm welcoming feeling in general at the hotel like I have experienced at other Comfort Suites I have stayed at. I will add, the front desk lady working on Tuesday morning was very nice.
