Wonderful location. Boardwalk is still damaged from past hurricanes but property great overall. Warm pool and hot tub. Very clean.

Enjoyed our stay looking forward to coming back.

I was so impressed with the staff at Four Points. They asked us how everything was right after checking in and several times during our stay. I asked if the hotel had just been redone. The answer was yes. We were then told of all the various upgrades to Four Points. It was beautiful. There was live music at the Tiki Bar, every night! I just loved that. The food was delicious also.

I liked the location and the amenities. We had problems with the wifi so did not use it.

So friendly and very clean!

Parking was a disaster! Even with a special permit I was far away and worried about the safety of my rental overnight

They did NOT have the room type we reserved so they stuck us in a lesser room and would NOT give us the correct room.

Pool was nice and warm Food at the restaurant was very good. Service was slow

Nice hotel with comfortable bed, nice bathroom with good water pressure in a spacious shower. The only negative is that there isn’t one drawer in the room for clothes. They have a guest laundry. If they think you are staying long enough to need to do laundry then they should have a dresser to put your clothes in.

Our first time in Punta Gorda. Such a convenient location to so much. Parking was a bit of a struggle due to a concert and another show at the Event Center but it worked out. The Fisherman's Village has the most wonderful and unique shops and food. Damage from the hurricanes this year was not as visible as expected and repairs underway. We'll go back!!

Fantastic! We love having dinner and drinks in the restaurant and spent several hours enjoying the tiki bar on the water!

It was a nice clean hotel. Only bad thing was we booked a king and when we checked in, they said they only had queens

Great one night stay for business. Friendly staff.

The room was pretty awful. The tiles on the floor moved when you walked on them, seems like it’s from the shower. The bed was ok, uncomfortable. There was no where to feel relaxed. The restaurant & bar were great. The food was delicious & the service was nice. The Tiki Tiki restaurant had great food also. And our server was really nice to us

It was a good stay at this location , close to downtown… provided shuttle bus to airport which was great … only 1 part I didn’t like how the hotel charged you $11 hotel fee for what , they just said we charge everyone after checking out , not a great way to remember the hotel by 😡

Nice place. Very clean. Great for ADA
