this hotel charges $10 for parking for some reason. the water pressure was terrible and the water was warm at best. they also were under construction in the lobby area. the price should come down if they aren't providing regular service. lastly, they did not provide room service unless asked.

The property was nice and clean even the remodeling going on.The staff was helpful and friendly. Wish the swim up bar was open my wife was looking forward to that.

Loved it! Close to SeaWorld. The kids enjoyed the pool , although the pool bar was closed which I was really hoping to order a drink from. Other than that , great staycation.

It was very clean and well kept.

They were working on the prooerty, so at times part of the lobby was closed due to the workers having areas taped off. Or there was paint buckets in the lobby halls which you had tl be careful not to bump into. The housekeeper staff that we saw when going down the elevator were not friendly. They wouldn't say hello to us. Just stared at us and that was awkward and uncomfortable. Lastly, there was an evening that they were hosting a banquet and the parking was limited. We were not informed about this during our check-in, and we had a hard time finding parking that evening. Overall, we would not stay at this location again.

Paying for parking was lame but the pool was beautiful. It was the only thing that made the hotel stand out. Rooms were basic and no free breakfast

We upgraded and got the King Suite this year. It was money well spent! The room was big, we had a balcony and the kids really loved it. This was my 2nd stay here, definitely will be coming back and getting the king suite again!

Did not love paying 10.00 a night for parking+ tax. Did love the hotel!

We enjoyed the pool and on site grill. The communication was great. The GM emailed earlier in the week to advise the indoor pool was out of service due to a part back order, but the outdoor pool was good to go. The pool is connected indoor and and out. Even with just the outdoor pool, we had a great time. The splah pad was off. I advised the front desk and they took care of it right away. Definitely going back.

Nice hotel. Room was clean. Pool was nice. Reataurant staff was friendly. But they failed to inform me upon check-in that there would be construction/remodeling going on on the floor above mine. Spent a whole afternoon listening to hammer drills and stomping through my ceiling.

They no longer have shuttle service for Sea World. Properly was dirty and pay for parking sucks

property under improvement construction therefore it's dusty. not sure why too much flies and smell of sewer in one section of property
