Someone had smoked in the room we were first assigned. We were quickly given a new room with no questions. The breakfast buffet was very well provisioned. That was a very nice benefit we had not anticipated.

Absolutely disgusting service! Literally the worst experience ever. The receptionist at the checkout should be fired for the aggression and rudeness.

I like the fact that it is walking distance from the airport and tram. There are no decent restaurants around.

The hotel is about a 15mins walk from the terminal, it's not clearly signed so have a maps app ready. Room is very basic but clean and very quiet. Breakfast staff very smily :-)

This is our go-to hotel when we fly to and from Blagnac. Unfortunately, this trip, the hotel was not up to it's regular standard. The window in the room was filthy, two of the bath towels had holes, and the drain in the shower was so clogged that the bathroom flooded (@ 6:00 AM!). Every table in the breakfast area was covered with dirty dishes and food. Overall, it seemed to us that the standard of the hotel had slipped which is unfortunate. However, having said that, I must say that the staff were terrific as usual: kind, professional, and very personable.

Slow check in but great room 302!

Good position next to the airport. Room was cold as heating system was not working in our room and we had no hot water in our room. Ended our stay in tolouse very upset. Breakfast good.

The hotel is basic but don’t get fooled like I did when I showed up at the wrong Ibis hotel. Apparently there are three. When one goes to the hotel navette/shuttle stop, there is a phone line for Ibis. I called for transport and was taken to one of the other two Ibis hotels. I then had to schedule an Uber ride to get where I really needed to go. As far as this hotel is concerned, it is basic but clean and a good deal. It does not have a shuttle to the airport but one can walk it in about 10 to 15 minutes. I didn’t mind the exercise and would contemplate staying here again. There is also a limited menu of food available, but all were good choices. In the end, it’s all about saving money. Otherwise it was quiet and just when I needed before a very long day of flying back to the United States.

The staff was friendly friendly and helpful, but the hotel was old and in need of a refresh. My room was laughably small, even by European standards, and the closet space was nonexistent. Location was convenient for airport transit.

I had a bad experience in that hotel no heat the attendant was trying to get a portable heat but they gave all the portable heaters to other patrons.

Paint coming off walls in room. Towels looked old and worn. Room didn't lock properly. Overall not a good experience
