We saw the property originally a few years ago and decided if we came back to Playa that it’s where we’d stay. It did not disappoint! We stayed in room 105 which was right by the pool. The only negative we had were the stairs. They definitely need an upgrade. A couple of the railings were loose or not connected. We made do.

I was really impressed by my stay I enjoyed every moment of my vacation there. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very pretty and they keep it very clean. Everything I wanted to do was within walking distance and there’s great food options around the area.

Colourful is the best. People on the front desk did not like.

The location is very good, because it's located behind 5ta Avenida. But the sercice was very poor and not cleaned. My pillows smell so bad.

Location was great. One block and walking distance from the main “5th avenue” shopping/dining where we spent much of our time. Walking distance to tons of excellent dining options, public beaches, and convenient shops. Hotel had security in the evenings. Rooms were basic, no extras. They did have AC, a safe and basics. Pool was small but clean. Overall - a safe, clean, basic hotel with no extra frills or amenities and located in the area we wanted to stay. It was a two to three star rating, because it was very basic. I felt it was a good value for the price.

Disco property next door starting entertainment at 10 pm til 3 am. Very very loud. Unable to sleep.

Nice, quiet and clean. Close to restaurants, shops and 5th avenue. Staff is friendly and helpful. I booked this hotel because of the colors and the charm to feel the Mexican vibe. Pool was clean, security at night and overall great.

Great, inexpensive property near the market and ferry terminal. Room was clean, ac worked great and the staff was friendly.

Really good place to stay at. Affordable. No microwaves or refrigerators, but my husband, kids and I just went to sleep there so it worked for us. Pool was clean and warm. A half block down from the main shopping center/street vendors and 2 blocks from the beach. I would stay again!

Not the best not the worse good price point but not recommended for families with kids no mini fridge or coffee maker!

El hotel es viejo y tienen muy descuidadas las instalaciones. Por las noches se escucha todo el ruido de los bares y restaurantes alrededor del hotel lo que hace dificil poder descansar.

Clogged restroom at all times. Wi-Fi didn’t work most days. Broken showers.

I reserved two rooms and one of them isn't working properly!! Like the AC didn't work properly and the TV too!!!

Little Property nice pool walkable to any destination and shopping. Needs a little up keep but nice overall
