Everything was excellent except for the part where people would try and open the door, every hour on the hour!

The staff was incredibly friendly, made us feel right at home. Breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles plus other lite fare. The room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom facilities were very modern and well kept.

Overall was excellent. Water pressure and water temperature needed improvement.

The hotel and people checking me in were nice. The low rating is because the water in my room never warmed up. Before I checked out, I reported it and asked to be refunded part of the steep price I paid to stay here. A few days later I’d received no contact from management so called the hotel. I was told a manager would call me back. It’s been about a week and still no contact from management. I could’ve stayed somewhere much less expensive and most likely had a hot shower. I travel frequently and this place won’t get any more of my business because they failed to make it right. Hot water is a requirement for me.

The Staff! Incredible.

There was a complete loss of water availability due to a Pipe breakage. We were unable to shower, use the toilet etc. I would have thought that the hotel would have offered some sort of rebate to us for the massive inconvenience, but they did not.

The staff is Amazing!! My and 9 and 7 year old girls have now officially called the front attendant "their Bestie". They do it for the morning & evening attendant. Nonetheless, they've never done that before. I'd say 💯 awesome hotel! Thank you!!

Really nice hotel with great staff

Very new facility, or at least has been very thoroughly remodeled. Room was super clean and would have been five stars except for a very noisy air conditioning unit.

Favorite features: immaculate bathroom and two treadmills.
